I think we should share bios in one form or another. That is in part why I
produce the membership directory, with mini-bios. So we can get to know
each other, and engage in more useful networking.
However, I am concerned with not putting too much traffic on the main list here.
The general rule is: no discussions or arguments on this main list. But it
could be quite helpful with a comprehensive bio for anybody who wants to
give it, I think.
So, unless anybody protests that it would not be a good idea, I'd say, go ahead.
Fairly soon we'll be able to provide a more personally configurable
interface to the whole NCN thing, so that you can better decide how much
traffic you want to look at, and how. I.e. you would be able to look at the
traffic through WWW, mailing lists, or newsgroups, through your own
configurable mind-map. Currently the only option is mailing lists. And we
could for that matter have a mailing list for bios.
