OK, let me suggest then that bios are encouraged within each team, but not
on the main list. And anybody can send a full bio to me, marked clearly as
such, and I'll try to organize them on WWW.
I would like to keep this main list low volume and focused on proposals,
results, administrative matters, and key pieces of inspiration that apply
to all members.
Several people have become overloaded by the traffic in the last few days.
If somebody posts something here that you like, or support, or disagree
with, write to the originator and get together on it.
Watch out when you answer a message whether it has the list address in it.
For example, I just goofed and answered a message that was in error CCed to
the list, that was meant for one person.
For those of you who propose something here on the main list, I suggest
that you notice who answers with interest in it, and then copy all of those
people on any subsequent private discussion.
All messages here go out to about 110 people with very varying interests
and varying amounts of time to spend.
For those of you who have interest in discussing and contributing to how we
overall do business and what goes where and how we organize it, that could
very well be the subject of a sub-group, off this list.
Imagine for a moment that NCN grows to 100000 members, rather than 100. We
need to develop a scheme of dynamic organization that is scalable to any
size.
