Oh, and since it is April 1st I thought you might like to know that today
the Secretary General of the United Nations, Boutros Boutros-Ghali,
informed me that world hunger will have disappeared before the end of the
year. New, extremely simple and cheap crop cultivating technologies allow
abundant harvests even in previously barren areas. This sudden change in
the living standard in many areas have put a halt to global population
increase and the decline of the rain forrests.
The Bank of International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland has announced
that it will supply unlimited funds for the financing of any project that
contributes to making the world work for everybody. It further states that
the International debt based money system will be gradually phased over
into a resource based economy of abundance, providing for the needs of
every inhabitant of the planet.
Of other news of the day, U.S. military sources have decided to release
hitherto classified scalar technology enabling the production of unlimited
free energy. Low cost devices can provide local energy for any household,
as well as enabling driving and flying vehicles that never require
refueling. In reaction to this announcement major oil and nuclear energy
companies have announced that they will shortly be ceasing their
activities.
Oh, and this just in: From every region on the planet there are reports of
sudden drastic declines in the occurrance of violence. Warring factions are
making peace across the board and have started rebuilding and healing
projects in their areas. Gangs in inner cities are now volunteering their
efforts in creating working communities.
Humankind seems to suddenly have awakened to a greatly increased sense of
unified purpose, a deeply felt love for all that is living, and a pervasive
tolerance for diversity and freedom or expression.
And, well, unfortunately I'm kidding. But ... maybe not for long.
