Should New Jersey's poet laureate Amiri Baraka be forced to resign for writing a poem implying Israeli's knew about the nine-eleven terrorist attack before it happened?

Here is the entire poem, "Somebody Blew Up America," written by Amiri Baraka.

some barbaric
A Rab,

Responding to WashingtonÂ’s unilateral bid to downsize its nuclear arsenal by two thirds, President Putin declared that Moscow would do the same, over three phases, until a minimum number necessary for national security was reached. This should be around 2,000 nuclear warheads each, creating a strategic balance.
