This is an enquiry only. I have visited the Cold Fusion site and cannot make head nor tail of it. I have a forum with Energy as one of the current topics. Can anybody please give me a basic picture of what Cold Fusion is about. I need it in terms that can be understood by the lay person. I can't understand mathematical formulae so any information has to be couched in terms way below the understanding of such people as Prof. Hawking et al.
