Al Qaeda is "the Base"

There is no one, single, entity called 'Al Qaeda' in all of the Arabic world! This is a fantasy pushed by the 'Justice Department' in their endless creation of enemies and terrorists 'out there,' 'over there,' and so forth which enables them to 'hoodwink' the general public into giving them, and their cronies in other 'departments,' fantastic amounts of their hard earned bucks so that insiders 'in the know' can invest in burning buildings such as the twin towers.
Also enables them to cover up their part in the crimes they commit, daily, in the name of the 'ficticious' "people!" Interesting that all the scrap from the 'Twin Towers' was very quickly sold to Japan, is'nt it? That is to say before any 'forensic team' had a chance to investigate it! The dumb bastards that go by the name of 'we the people' in this nation are so used to being lyed to and so very well trained in the discourse of non belief that they believe anything their masters tell them. And slavery is illegal in the so called 'United States?' Hypnotrancing idiots apparently is'nt!
In 1979, Osama bin Laden of Saudi Arabia was recruited by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to oversee financial aspects of native Afghan resistance to the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan.
Holder of a college diploma in management and economics, bin Laden managed payments, cash transfers, and monetary
legerdemain for one of the CIA's most expensive operations. Assisting bin Laden to juggle the books was what author Thierry Meyssan calls a "computer file" but which may have in fact been the legendary, purloined PROMIS software.
Computer "file" or computer software, it was called "Al-Qaeda", which translates as "the database." (In Arabic, the commonly seen "al" means "the".)
Signals Intelligence
In "Come Retribution," author William A. Tidwell gives sort of an anthropological account showing a somewhat primitive signals intelligence system. (The signals were primitive, but the intelligence was equal to if not better than today's.)
During the American Civil War (1861-1865), the Confederacy had two separate Secret Services: the War Department Secret Service and the State Department Secret Service. "For a time, at least," writes Tidwell, "the Confederate War Department Secret Service appears to have operated with or under the control of the Signal Corps.
Possibly the Signal Corps was the cover for the Secret Service. If so, it was an unusual and sophisticated organizational structure. The Signal Corps, which had an overt responsibility to provide communication services to the troops in the field, also had a clandestine mission to operate a courier and agent line behind enemy lines."
In the 1920s, a non-military code-breaking group operated out of "the Black Chamber," an anonymous brownstone building in New York City. In 1929, secretary of state Henry Stimson became furious when he learned about some unsavoury tentacles in the organization and had it shut down. Eight months later, however, the Chamber was secretly resurrected. (Body of Secrets by James Bamford.)
In 1959, an ultra-secret spy plane, the U2, flew at such a great altitude it could penetrate Soviet airspace without fear of being shot down. Onboard the plane was the latest photo technology, allowing the pilot to take detailed photographs of the ground way below.
At a signals intelligence (sigint) station at Atsugi, Japan, 17-year-old Marine Corps private Lee Harvey Oswald was a well-trained functionary. The Soviet KGB was eager to learn all it could about the U2.
The Americans plotted to out-smart the KGB: through use of the MK-Ultra mind altering technique, they set up a separate compartment in Lee Harvey Oswald's mind. The name given to Oswald's alter-ego: Alek James Hidell.
Oswald subsequently "defected" to the Soviet Union and gave them disinformation about the U2 when interviewed. Subjected to truth serum and advanced psychological probing techniques, Oswald did not "crack" -- he was impervious to such attempts since his mind wore its MK-Ultra armor. In 1982, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) granted $10 million to a company called Inslaw to make special modifications to their software package called Prosecutor's Management Information System (PROMIS). This roughly tallies with the time period when Osama bin Laden was overseeing a database (al Qaeda) at the behest of the CIA.
The Inslaw/PROMIS case is complex; an excellent overview of its complexities is contained in the book, The Octopus, by Kenn Thomas and Jim Keith. J. Orlin Grabbe also published a series of reports covering various conspiracy angles emanating from the sophisticated PROMIS software; his series, "NSA, Banks and Vince Foster," spread like wildfire over the Internet in the 1990s.
A key element in the PROMIS story is that PROMIS contained a secret "back door." One of the espionage operations associated with PROMIS involved its sale to various banks, with the banks unaware that a secret "back door" allowed anyone possessing the "key" to easily break into the banks' computers.
(According to Duncan Campbell, "special access codes prepared by the US National Security Agency have been secretly built into Windows." See his report entitled, "How NSA Access Was Built Into Windows." It is not known by Conspiracy Nation whether Microsoft denies Campbell's claim.)
Presidential Identification and Transmission Codes In Thierry Meyssan's disturbing book, 9/11 -- The Big Lie (now, for the time being anyway, available to the U.S. reading public), he cites mainstream news sources which show that whoever the "terrorists" actually were, they had possession of highly classified Presidential identification and transmission codes.
Possession of these codes by the "terrorists" might explain why no Air Force/National Guard planes were sent to intercept the hijacked (either electronically hijacked and/or physically hijacked) aircraft which technically had invaded U.S. air space on Sept. 11, 2001.
Meyssan wonders how such ultra-secret codes apparently got into the wrong hands: "Technically, it appears to be possible to reconstitute the codes of the American agencies by means of the software, PROMIS, that served to create them. Now, the algorithms of this software are known to have been stolen by FBI special agent Robert Hansen, who was arrested for espionage in February 2001."
Meyssan's book was written well before the recent appointment of Dr. Henry Kissinger as head of a group investigating the events surrounding Sept. 11, 2001. It is noteworthy therefore that Meyssan identifies Kissinger as connected to one of two factions in the Bush II presidency.
Specifically, claims Meyssan, Henry Kissinger "is the tutelary figure and source of inspiration for the hawks." The hawks, in Meyssan's analysis, favor military interventions, on the ground, versus the moderates within the Bush II presidency who favor proportionate ripostes (i.e., measured counterattack in contrast to the hawks who favor massive counterattack.)
If Kissinger is connected to the hawk faction, it is unlikely he will undermine the causus belli of Sept. 11, 2001 by significantly deviating from the official line.

believe there is alot out there that is not right with our government. The rights of millions of us our constantly battered by the few thousand who are elected and then appoint those who create, conceptualize, and enforce the ideology that is perpetrated upon the american people and the rest of the world. We all have the power to speak individually, we need to make sure that we lend our voices to a common cause that will allow us to change the way our country is run. Looking at the way politics are conducted in our country we need to begin in our circle of friends, than neighborhoods, towns, cities, counties, regions, states, and when you have all levels covered you will have a voice that will amount to a shout across the nation to cause change. Until you have a platform that is acceptable in the small circles you will never cause change to happen on a national scale. The Republicans and the Democrats have been around long enough to build their voices. If we are to be heard above the elephant and the donkey we need to be more than a lone voice.

that of course on MayDay 1960 a U-2 was shot down in the Soviet Union...and on board was a pilot named Gary Powers. President Eisenhower declared to the nation the plane was not spying, at which point Powers was produced. Rather than being caught in a lie, Eisenhower's reaction was more that of a man who really didn't know the espionage was going on. He believed the United States was made of other stuff---as did we all. After that Ike changed as a president and a man. Soon he would issue his Beware The Military-Industrial Complex speech.
