While I was at my friend's music studio recently, he showed me how he mixes different sounds. He also showed me to adjust the frequency of particular sounds and create balance. He talked about rhythms and how different beats create different song genres giving rise to the equivalent lifestyle. I could very much relate to frequencies and rhythms which I see as feelings that give rise to the equivalent life experiences.
In the middle of last night I woke up with a sore throat, a blocked nose, and felt my body aching. This could only mean one thing - I was listening to a different frequency. It was time to tweak the button to my preferred frequency. When I asked my Inner Producer for assistance, I had the thought: "I am feeling good." I could feel my body mass changing and feeling lighter and lighter. I focused on the Inner Sound that I hear when I'm in silence which feels really blissful. Then I heard the U2 song, "It's a Beautiful Day" playing in my head, which I LOVE. I've actually been listening to that song on and off over the past week. I imagined myself as Bono, the lead vocalist, looking really sexy with his guitar.

There's a scene in the "Beautiful Day" video where a plane takes off. Planes tend to ascend to a particular altitude and stay at that altitude until it's ready to descend. In the same respect, I was now "lifted up" from the feeling of pain to that of joy, happiness and feeling good.

As I remained in bliss "listening" to "Beautiful Day," I noticed the soreness in my throat had vanished and my nose was now unblocked. I asked my Inner Producer to sustain this frequency while I sleep. When I woke up this morning I was feeling as right as rain.
While there are zillions of frequencies I can experience, I prefer staying at the frequency of Joy. At that frequency I attract experiences that resonate with things I love doing. I also find things happen magically in this frequency.
I am Joy in every moment.

Hi Ej, bin a wyl. I startid readin ur artical and being a producer myself it realy got me intrestid....for the first paragraf, then u took a realy good take on music n totaly star trekt it. Im not sure wether the slight madnes buzin in ur hed iz a tuned frequency or just random wyt noiz. Wotever it iz if it keeps ye happy n off the prescrition medication then its all good babe.

Did you by any chance receive an email from someone pretending to be me asking for money? Someone had hijacked that email account which I couldn't access or cancel. Apparently I was stuck in Nigeria and couldn't get home and needed urgent funds.

I get fkin loadz ov stupid emailz beggin for money and if i woz mega rich i wood probly send em all enuf money for a permanant trip to barbados, then they kood all stop fillin my inbox wiv crap. I dont even bova wiv my emailz anymore, its just a bit ov a letdown. I log in n it sez u have 52 unread messages, n for a second therz a lift in my spirits n it feelz that sum1 actualy carez n wants to talk to me, but no, its just very uncaring spam.
