Guided Meditation Project:
I sat at my computer one day recently and a high powered flow of inspiration manifested as a series of questions , answers and more questions related to the following thought:
Create a simply worded yet profound guided meditation, or series thereof, that elucidates the state of being in relation to all that is, that conveys the method for understanding the subtle yet all pervasive essence of reality.
The expanded thoughts that evolved from contemplating these statements and questions are presented in full format at link
They will appear here as a series of articles soon, meanwhile, any insights or overviews from others will be most welcome.
The insights that flowed through are listed here:
1: The physical reality has it's etheric or energetic counterpart upon which it depends for animation, or life.
2: The source of the energy which underlay all form and phenomena is present within that form and phenomena as the structure and flow of the etheric energy.
3: This energy also fully penetrates all that is perceivable and not perceivable.
4: The individual point of consciousness is unified and whole and can experience itself as such, so can come to realise the unified wholeness of that which we are a part.
5: The reason for our erroneously believing that we are a part of some thing from which we are separate arises from the development of an individual point of consciousness.
6: We are fundamentally the product of a process. This process is going on and producing perceptible results, we perceive these results as form and phenomena occurring in space.
7: This process from which all things arise is constantly reapplied to all things cyclically and this produces the phenomena of change and creates the experience of the passing of time.
8: There are many perspectives from which to view the same thing.
9:The 'lens' through which you view the world conditions your perspective.
10: Your body is a civilization of trillions of cells, consider the viewpoint of a cell within that civilization, realise that your body is a cell within the civilization.
11: The whole of humanity is becoming unified in this way, the civilization is forming a collective entity. Imagine being that civilisation, how does it feel, what does it think?
12: How does the internal communication system of this collective entity function?
13: In what context does this collective entity operate?
14: What is needed in order for this collective entity to become coherently functional within that context?
The expanded thoughts that evolved from contemplating these statements and questions are presented in full format at [link]
They will appear here as a series of articles soon, meanwhile, any insights or overviews from others will be most welcome.
