Could it be said that this is a flaw of the system as it is today? some "old" solution that has had its uses but has long since done its day? Even the work of a skyguide can become systematic to the point of working only on the re-alignment of what s/he sees rather than paying attention or no-longer looking out for the old/new solutions that are already there in waiting to be aligned by someone but due to the fact that they do not in some way "fit in" to the skyguide's own system, they are kindly requested to go elsewhere? Ever thought that a skyguide could become "part" and perhaps "handled" by the system itself? Someone once tuaght me that there is nothing new under the sun. someone else also taught me that if you go far enough in the future, you find the past and vice-versa. Someone else also taught me that a problem/situation is a compound and once acknowledged in its compounding parts, it ceases to exists as a problem/situation. Can we really "invent" something new when we are looking to "systemise the system"? Or what you are asking for is a list and a discussion of and on the compounding parts?
