The author has been working in the field of Space plasmas integration to Human being Environment and Space-a natural philosophical link since 1984 and more specifically after 1991 IEEE -ICOPS group interaction that support research efforts beyond Van-Allen Belts. This cosmos quest introduced by late Nobel Laureate Alfven has a lot of potential growth opportunity for Science in philosophical search to define new concepts and help paradigm shift from un-defined terminologies like Big-Bang and even present day God-Particle Psychology.

ABSTRACT
The Cosmological Index is a drive to Milky Way Sensitive Index and as such the Onset-mode must be viewed as a Curtain raiser to the present day concepts that provide confusion through Big-Bang, Singularity and other theories with limited perception of Science in Philosophy.
The origins of Cosmology should be searched through Vedas Interlinks. Considerable background exercise is needed through several feasible projections that lead to Prime Functions: Prime Source, Prime fields, Prime Flows , Prime Reflectors and Prime Protective Index.
The author has identified PRIDHVI as Earth regional cover around 100 AU and Interlinks need to be established through Source, fields, Flows and Reflector principles that help protective route Index. This region forms a resonant to the Heart ad Center of the Unierse.

The subject of COSMOLOGY is a borderland between the Sciences and Philosophy. This subject attracts all mankind in search of direction to provide Unity in many diversified fields. Is there a higher dimension of Science in Myths and Philosophies?. Can VEDAS provide more light for the COSMIC UNIVERSE?.
Scientists start search from the Laboratories, then extend the domains of knowledge through Hubble Space Telescopes, X-Ray Astronomy, Explorers, Satellites and new probing missions towards Milky Way Galaxy. Our Galactic Home is 100,000 Light Years wide and Science can reach up to Laser limits of 1016 LY. A number of Scientists project Dark matter and Black-holes as ultimate aim while others look at the Universe with a New VISION:
99.99 % of the Universe by volume is a SEA OF PLASMA. PLASMA is the fourth state of matter. Equally interesting is that ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FIELDS are 10^40 times stronger than the Gravitational fields. The COSMOS is dominated by Plasmas and Electro-magnetic Fields and new models are contemplated for COSMOLOGY studies with the SPACE dominated by Field-aligned Currents. Even the EARTH is surrounded by 3 VAN-ALLEN BELTS. VEDAS provide flow of knowledge as dictation and Sciences of Vedic Knowledge should project Comprehension of the entire COSMOLOGY.
