The Texas Department of Public (TDPS) and the US Postal Inspector, acting on a staged crime perpetrated by the fbi, now have evidence of a criminal conspiracy by the fbi to violate my fundamental civil, human and constitutional rights. Also, after I interviewed with the two police officials , they were aware of evidence of multiple and ongoing (to date) felonious assaults on me, including aggravated assault, torture and attempted murder of my person.
The police & the postal inspector officials revealed during the discussion that someone committed a crime in the Dallas, Texas, area, and left my name (i.e. G Sosbee) at the scene of the crime; the crime may have involved a threatening letter sent to a member of congress. Thus, the fbi operative who staged the phony crime wanted the TDPS to open a domestic terrorist case against me, or to at least cause the TDPS and the postal inspector to find a way to label me in a way that might facilitate adverse legal action in the future against me. Thus, the state and federal authorities who opened a case on me are required to file their report with congress and to further develop a case against the thugs who operate on behalf of the fbi in efforts to silence me. The personal opinion of TDPS Agent Rodriguez that my stated explanations for the fbi’s motives to terrorize me are insufficient, reflects his own ignorance, prejudice and jaded agenda. Failure of these officials to investigate the thousands of crimes that I have documented over the past almost half century constitutes a violation of public trust and cover up of the felonies that I describe in many of my articles, reports, affidavit and Writ to the US Supreme Court.

ADDENDUM:
The US Postal Service (USPS) sends me the message shown below that they are aware of "fbi misconduct" against me and that therefore by implication they (the USPS) will not stop the harassment from the US Postal Inspector et al against me. Neither will the USPS cooperate with my request for FOIA release of the fraudulent efforts by USPS and USPI to help fbi find a way to imprison or to kill me.
Note that during the interview with the USPI in my home the PI admitted that he suspects that a Texas DPS employee planted my name at the scene of the crime in Dallas, and that therefore a public integrity investigation may be forthcoming against that employee. Also, the fbi assassins monitored the interview with me and PI (& Texas DPS Agent) under the 24/7 surveillance in effect on me. All data in this and other reports on this subject show that the fbi controls the USPS and the PI at will; further the fools at USPS are quite the cowards.
[US Postal Inspector (PI) admits to me in April, 2013, that someone planted my name at the scene of a federal postal crime in Dallas, Texas, and that the PI and the DPS opened a full field investigation on me as a suspect. The PI also stated that a DPS employee is suspected of committing the postal crime. Note also that the previous *refusal of the PI to investigate postal crimes committed by the fbi against me and the planting of my name at the scene of a staged crime by fbi operatives suggest in fact a conspiracy by fbi, PI, DPS to harsss, theaten and (unsuccessfully to date) to fabricate a way to fraudulently arrest me. During the past 20 twenty years the fbi has had me under 24 hour physical and electronic assaultive surveillance (and provocative attacks) , so the fishing expedition by PI Knipfing is at once ludicrous in its execution and fraudulent in its presumed premise.]
