Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany by the President of the Weimar Republic Paul von Hindenburg on 30 January 1933.

Indictment of the legal profession

For the entire time that the fbi has engaged in its vendetta to silence me from reporting their crimes I have tried to consult with or notify lawyers, judges, politicians and others nationwide about the unconscionable offenses committed against me by the fbi. In the January 2001, issue of the Texas State Bar Journal (Vol.64,No.1,p.55) I notified the Texas State Bar (and I put on notice all members of the Texas Legal community) via my website that the fbi consists of torturers, terrorists and assassins and that the government of the U.S. as represented by the false public image of the three distinct and co-equal branches , --i.e., the executive, judicial, and legislative-- is a fraud . Yet, the Texas legal community ignored the information which I provided prior to the 911 attack on the U.S. and which forewarned of global distrust of the U.S. as a result of fbi/cia terrorist practices worldwide. Note that while my case was pending at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, I placed the advertisement in the Texas State Bar Journal mentioned above in January, 2001. At that time the fbi was busy stealing all of my mail, so I flew to Austin, Texas from Los Angeles, California, to place the ad in the hands of the Texas State Bar Journal editor. When the Texas State Bar Journal notified me yesterday that my November ad, for 2015, is approved, the fbi in its usual antics sent a thug to my home to ‘burn rubber’ in my driveway and also increased DEW assaults on me.
The crimes committed by the fbi that I have documented extensively for twenty eight years continue to this moment with no end in sight. Many others individuals also suffer from similar assaults that are intended to drive the Target (victim) insane, or to at least destroy a person’s life and leave him/her in a state of unendurable existence. I must ask, “What can be done when the legal community ignores this state of affairs?”

Answer: I do not agree with Shakespeare’s solution, but I think we should fire all the attorneys everywhere and start all over.

Previously the Brownsville, Texas Police Department refused to investigate the following crimes against me and my wife at the Shidler residence, even though I identifiy likely (or certain) suspects in the crimes:

Aquí está mi informe sobre las condiciones en México ya que he visto de primera mano.

Mi esposa es de Mexico y cuando el fbi gas me en mi condominio en Brownsville, Texas, me mudé temporalmente en su casa en Matamoros, México. Desde ese momento hasta la actualidad el fbi continúa el mismo tipo de ataques sobre mí y sobre ella he sufrido aquí en los Estados Unidos durante los últimos veintiocho años.

Específicamente, los matones del fbi aquí y en Matamoros destrozan nuestra propiedad, instalación inalámbrica vigilancia tecnológica en toda la casa, enviar nosotros mensajes en cuanto a nuestras actividades en el hogar como el fbi vigila mismo, planta serpientes, perros muertos, taratulas y ratas muertas en los alrededores de la propiedad, tirar basura dentro de la propiedad, gire todos vecinos contra nosotros, etc.

Hoy en día el fbi impide la venta de la propiedad de Matamoros mediante la interceptación de potenciales compradores y controlando agentes inmobiliarios que pretenden tener ofertas sobre la propiedad.

En algunos casos el fbi envía matones mexicanos para tratar de recoger una pelea conmigo cuando entro en México para ayudar a mi esposa. Además, el fbi dirige las USHS y la patrulla fronteriza extensivamente nos acosan cada vez que entramos en los E.e.u.u. en nuestro coche de México. Todas estas acciones por el fbi no son inusuales, como el fbi y la cia realizan actos ilegales y no éticas similares a nivel mundial (ver mis informes en Tailandia, Japón y la República Dominicana).

El gobierno mexicano se esfuerza por mantener cierto orden social en medio de la creciente actividad de Mafia que durante los últimos años se ha cobrado al menos 100 mil vidas. Decenas de millones de mexicanos viven en extrema pobreza, en la cárcel, o huir como refugiados a través de las fronteras. Fuerzas armadas de México patrullan las calles, en las ciudades fronterizas, y shoot outs (o tiroteos) en plena luz del día y de noche no son infrecuentes.

El pueblo de los Estados Unidos esta pregunta: "por qué usted permite que el fbi a añadir a los problemas que enfrenta México enviando provocadores y otros alborotadores en ese país en la voluntad para perseguir objetivos políticos como yo.? My wife is from Mexico and when the fbi gassed me in my condominium in Brownsville, Texas, I temporarily moved into her home in Matamoros, Mexico. From that time to the present the fbi continues the same type of assaults on me and on her as I have endured here in the USA for the past twenty eight years. Specifically, the fbi thugs here and in Matamoros vandalize our property, plant snakes, dead dogs, taratulas and dead rats in and around the property, throw trash inside the property, and turn all neighbors against us, etc. Today the fbi prevents the sale of the Matamoros property by intercepting potential buyers and by controlling realtors who pretend to have offers on the property.

In some instances the fbi sends Mexican thugs to try to pick a fight with me when I enter Mexico to assist my wife. Also, the fbi directs the USHS and the Border Patrol to extensively harass us every time we enter the USA in our car from Mexico.

All such actions by the fbi are not unusual, as the fbi and the cia perform similar illegal and unethical deeds globally (see my reports on Thailand, Japan, & the Dominican Republic).

The Mexican government is struggling to maintain some degree of social order in the midst of rampant Mafia activity which over the recent past has taken at least a hundred thousand lives. Tens of millions of Mexicans live in extreme poverty, in prison, or flee as refugees across the borders. Mexican armed forces patrol the streets, heavily in the border towns, and shoot outs (or firefights) in broad daylight and at night are not uncommon.

I ask the people of the USA this question: “ why do you permit the fbi to add to the problems facing Mexico by sending provocateurs and other troublemakers into that country at will to persecute political Targets such as me.?” I also recently spoke with a Mexican federal special agent in the intelligence community (i.e.: Policía Federal Ministerial, PFM ). He expressed a universal contempt for the government of the USA and for the people here who permit the exploitation of their country by the ruling elite of the USA. I also learned how precarious the government there is as a result of the corruption of almost all local police agencies and many state police groups. The few federal troops and intelligence professionals who seek to stabilize the nation cannot (in my opinion) prevent the inevitable collapse of society in Mexico because extreme poverty spreads, as does panic and hopelessness.

So, for the fbi and the cia to continue to run their criminal operatives into Mexico is in itself part of the Mexican dilemma. The US congress and courts do not seem concerned with the plight of humans in Mexico; the politicians here simply say that they will build bigger and better walls, will deport millions of Mexicans and others, and will kill many more immigrants who try to cross the frontier. The Mexican people are similarly frustrated with the USA and perhaps for this reason, the neighbors around my wife’s property are eager to assault me (a gringo) at the direction of the local Mexican authority who acts as de facto fbi operatives.

Evidence of the complete corruption of USPI, fbi & Texas DPS:

Fbi, USPI & Texas DPS all reveal their complete corruption and cowardice. See the evidence in the links below .

For over two and one half years I have regularly requested a copy of the USPI report (of 2013) regarding a fictitious investigation of me by that agency.

As of today the USPI ignores my repeated, written, lawful requests . During my most recent letter to the PI, I advised that official that I will publish the report if provided because that report (together with other evidence) is expected to show crimes and cover ups by fbi, USPI & Texas DPS .

The US Postal Inspector abandons all pretense of obeying the FOIA and related laws by trashing my letters, by pretending that I am under investigation and by impliedly threatening me on behalf of the assassins of the fbi.

Thus, the United States government (under the corrupt authority of the fbi) reveals contempt for all laws that seek to protect citizens from the illegal and sometimes murderous operations of federal law enforcement officials.

The above photo reflects my service as a young soldier who believed in the integrity of the USA.

As a result of the success of my recent posts online, the fbi during the past 48 hours performs the following assaults on me (psychological & physical):

Increase DEW assaults causing extreme and prolonged sleep deprivation

Drive by my residence in the middle of the night and throw trash in my front yard

Open the garage door and take over the electronic remote controls of my car and my TV, manipulating same in efforts to send me some kind of message

Come into my home to tamper with my property and to inject poison into my food (a previous message to me from the fbi on this topic is as follows: “we can deliver drugs anywhere”)

About a month ago the fbi caused a neighbor to send three children (ages 5-10) to vandalize my residence (I filed a police report)

The purpose for this update is to notify the people that the information herein is

1) similar to the crimes against me by the fbi for the past 25 years

2) that the fbi thugs are on my case 24/7/365 without pause

3) these low hoodlums (or sub humans) actually make me their career

4) that the United States of America is run by a cowardly gang of sociopaths and killers

5) that failed leadership of the United States of America portends ill for a nation whose military follows the directions of the fbi/cia ( e.g.: see military intelligence assist the fbi in trying to fraudulently set me up for arrest by the thugs of the UT police department): [link]

She is brave beyond description, more intuitive and insightful than the most wondrous sage, and she is loyal to a degree not yet recognized or defined by man on earth.
