hmmm possibly
something to consider
whether enough thought has been put in is debateable
but it is a start and time grows short
link to laws = [link]
possibly should have some democratic or community involvement in the
making and keep them simple and clear.
but of worth still the same.

Good comprimise there Mr Outatune and comprimise or creativity is the opperative word or perhaps cooperation towards the concerns of the current moment and global situation. But sadly the irresponsible and unsustainable consumption patterns of the Western World and the unconscious procreation patterns of the Eastern World were perhaps destined to meet one day
and these perhaps are those days and thus in the here and now of it, we must all try to mitigate and construct a feasible conprimise or improvisation to harmonize both though sadly I know that such while doable perhaps will not totally satisfy both or the seemingly insatiable human appetite for more. At some point we will simply have to learn to be satisfied and be satisfied with the enoughness of the here, now and possibly later. More >

Whole Cost Accounting

Hello Mr Stewart
Thankyou for this good insight and your assessment for needed change is quite correct and astute but Im surprised that you are somewhat naive not to realize that consumer behaviour aka human nature will not change until governments enact laws and penalties to effect such change. Why? It just seems to be the nature of human nature to take the easyest and cheapest road until not permitted to do so. Given that then determining what laws and changes need to be made is a different matter then too as all actions and laws have consequences and reactions that may not be apparent at the time. Equador has taken a leadership role in this and included rights for nature in its constitution as of 2008, it is having consequences as the solutions as such can create new problems.
Natures rights though are self evident to me though what perhaps we need alternatively or more acutely is to properly value and account for the goods and services nature affords us and that is sort of where the difficulty begins as it is difficult to make others value what needs to be valued if it is not exactly clear or understood what of nature itself needs to be valued and why and how is it then measured. If it cannot be properly measured then how is it to be accounted for but perhaps by rough estimation. So without proper measurements and accounting then in the traditional classical economics proper and accurate costing cannot be made. Costs matter thought don't they? Human and consumer nature is such that cost generally matters most and determines purchase and price but then there are too the long term considerations and costs and the short term ones. Sadly most consumers and governments are only in it for the short term without much consideration generally for the seven generations principles ascribed to by some first nation consitutions.
It was the first nations people of Equador afterall who had the wisdom and concern and courage to push for these laws in the countries constitution , a country which is in the heart of the planets lungs and rain forests.
Whether us more civilized folk can muster their heart and love and courage is the Trillion dollar question though.

Well I must say you spammers are a dull witted bunch of clucks.
We gave you this newslog for your work? and still you have ended up ruining
our Website and Project.
Your input is way off topic and has fucked up the progress we have made over
6 or so years and now as a consequence of your dim wittness you have made the site
useless.
So thanks fuck ups and keep up the bad work.
