The 123rd Psalm
"The Biosphere is my Shepherd..."
The Biosphere is my Shepherd; I shall not want.
It maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
It leadeth me beside the still waters.
It restoreth my soul:
It leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for the Biospheres sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: For it is with me;
Its rod and its staff, they comfort me.
It preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies;
It annointest my head with oil; My cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,

Death wish
It is difficult perhaps when we compass the realization of an acquaintences death wish.
Do we indulge then and assist them in it or do we as in the helping professions realization that when some one is bent on self destruction the best thing to do is get out of the way. Ahh it is a difficult dilemna but such individuals or nations as the case may be aka North Korea exhibit such yearnings and thus consitute a danger to themselves thus and to public policy and the public and world community and earth as a whole so I guess you isolate them and put them in seclusion and hope for hmmmmmm well hard to say as death seems the only current solution to a death wish.... perhaps they might benefit though from some of the current major tranquilizers or anti psychotics but hard to say
Any one for putting tranquilizers and medication in north koreas water.....
oh well

the aliens
I was walking about the other day with the cracked vase of my mind in full play
when out of the corner of my senses, I saw them, they seem to have sprung up from a crack
at ground level, ah just some aliens I thought and continued to move on but they persisted
and finally won my attention and I looked at them again and anew and thought my these are rather
lovely, and Im not sure Ive seen this kind or color before, they stood there anchored to the ground,
and I was compelled to walk over to them but then saw the sign on the property that said, beware
of dog, so I just stopped and admired them from afar, ah the color was perhaps a singing orange
with shades of fire and red or perhaps even love of some sort, I suppose I looked a bit daft, publically
staring at them but then why not, we weren't hurting anyone and maybe others would look to at them
perhaps and me and get a new idea, like well I don't know, maybe like you seen one alien you ain't seen
em all.... well then maybe they were just flowers but then what really is a flower and what is a flower
that stands out from the crowd and whose name you don't know but who commands your attention
and senses in a sea of otherwise confusion.....Yep the aliens have arrived.... I guess its not polite to stare
but maybe just smile and say hello which is what I eventually did and then carried on with my walk
but the memory remains and I guess Im thankful for it.... yup them aliens brightened an otherwise
dreary day and gave it I don't know an edge or purpose that was not there before and maybe thats the job of aliens
to take you out of the norm so you can maybe one day stop or slow down and maybe even get to smell the roses again.
