INDEX PROGRAMS
Dear Editor
I wonder...? is it hard to be the boss of the wealthiest province in the country? It is perhaps hard to be a boss regardless, but in a province awash in resources, capital and money, it must be somewhat easier?
Policies have been enacted that have benefited the people or at least some of the people or perhaps the people that seem to count. The oil companies, the power companies, the pundits and politicians, the packing houses and all the spin offs have received their share and due of the provincial pie but what? Are perhaps some being overlooked or forgotten or are they perhaps just plain misunderstood?
It is perhaps not necessarily so much that the working poor and the disadvantaged etc etc want more than they are allotted but they, I would assure, certainly don't want less and yet less and less is what is transpiring and what they are getting.
Study after study seem to indicate that the gap between the rich and poor mysteriously seems to be widening even as the standards of life are increasing. The have nots have not though been receiving any less in number or amount but in the breakdown and workings of economics, that amounts to receiving less and less, due to purchasing power and real dollar value and due to inflation and the cost of living increases and the general profit taking of market forces. In short they are in fact receiving less and less by receiving the same and the disparity increases with and due to time.
Is this right ? Is it right not to adjust or index these amounts and programs to at least the rate of inflation and allow them to at least "retain" a state of decent impoverishment rather than sink further and further into despair and sometimes debt? It is bad enough from time to time to be poor and sick and ill and old or young but to on top of it become poorer and poorer day by day, minute by minute, as inflation and the cost of living continually eat away at ones meager means, savings and income seems inhumane and cruel. At least it seems so to me.
What does it appear to you?

A LOVERS LAMENT
Well I hope that we had fun, breaking our hearts beneath the sun,
Tearing our L o v e ... a p a r t.......
Look what we have done, we can't deny we were the ones,
Who killed our dreams with loaded gun....... that day.
G o d forgive us girl, for all of the damage to this world,
oh once it was a shining pearl ..... in the sky.
But now its full of sin and lies, on how my heart oh how it cries
As we stand and watch it die...... in vain.
Ahhhhh all the anguish that we feel........
Oh somehow its all a bit surreal......
Now just how are we supposed to deal.....
With Life.
Ahhhh all the anger deep inside......
That for so long we have denied.....
But now it can no longer hide ....
Away.
Lord speak to me tonight.... lend me a bit of your insight,
How can we make this madness right......... again.
I know it up to you and me, to pay the price of being free,
but destruction is not liberty and if so since when.
And if so since when.....
And if so since when.

Coglobalism: The State of the Art
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Introducing Coglobalism.....
What does it mean.....????
Well I'm sort of caught in the concept and experience of it
therefore I am somewhat taxed to explain or define it for you
therefore I have assembled some reference
material for you to draw your own estimations and concept
as to what it may be.....
and perhaps you could share your take
mind you its some what of an expansive
concept so be sure to have some grounding
handy
*smiles*

A HEALTHY COGLOBALISM
CO = co-
pref.
1. Together; joint; jointly; mutually: coeducation.
2.
1. Partner or associate in an activity: coauthor; cofounder.
2. Subordinate or assistant: copilot.
3. To the same extent or degree: coextensive.
4. Complement of an angle: cotangent.
[Middle English, from Latin, variant of com-, com-.]
HEALTHY = health·y Audio pronunciation of "healthy" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (hlth)
adj. health·i·er, health·i·est
1. Possessing good health.
2. Conducive to good health; healthful: healthy air.
3. Indicative of sound, rational thinking or frame of mind: a healthy attitude.
4. Sizable; considerable: a healthy portion of potatoes; a healthy raise in salary.
healthi·ly adv.
healthi·ness n.
Synonyms: healthy, sound, 2wholesome, hale, 1robust, well, 2hardy, 1vigorous
These adjectives mean being in or indicative of good physical or mental health. Healthy stresses the absence of disease and often implies energy and strength: The healthy athlete biked twenty miles every day. Sound emphasizes freedom from injury, imperfection, or impairment: “The man with the toothache thinks everyone happy whose teeth are sound” (George Bernard Shaw). Wholesome suggests appealing healthiness and well-being: “Exercise develops wholesome appetites” (Louisa May Alcott). Hale stresses freedom from infirmity, especially in elderly persons, while robust emphasizes healthy strength and ruggedness: “He is pretty well advanced in years, but hale, robust, and florid” (Tobias Smollett). Well indicates absence of or recovery from sickness: You should stay home from work if you're not well. Hardy implies robust and sturdy good health: The hardy mountaineers camped in the Alps. Vigorous suggests healthy, active energy and strength: “a vigorous old man, who spent half of his day on horseback” (W.H. Hudson).
Usage Note: The distinction in meaning between healthy (“possessing good health”) and healthful (“conducive to good health”) was ascribed to the two terms only as late as the 1880s. This distinction, though tenaciously supported by some critics, is belied by citational evidencehealthy has been used to mean “healthful” since the 16th century. Use of healthy in this sense is to be found in the works of many distinguished writers, with this example from John Locke being typical: “Gardening... and working in wood, are fit and healthy recreations for a man of study or business.” Therefore, both healthy and healthful are correct in these contexts: a healthy climate, a healthful climate; a healthful diet, a healthy diet.
GLOBALISM = b-lzm)
n.
A national geopolitical policy in which the entire world is regarded as the appropriate sphere for a state's influence.
global·ist n.
GLOBALITY = globality noun. A worldwide, interconnected economy that ignores national boundaries.
Example Citation:
"For several years now, 'globalization' has been the mantra for the expansion of international trade and foreign investment and the integration of markets. But we are now beginning to see a reality beyond globalization—the world of 'globality.' This is not so much a process as a condition, a world economy in which traditional and familiar boundaries are being surmounted or made irrelevant."

consider this ...... is humanity worth saving........ I mean what good
have we done lately? except mess up the weather.......
Did God not say To honor and obey him and also thou shalt not
kill ...... yet is it right to kill for Gods Glory and in his Name or by doing so do we
simply prove we are not worthy of it...... perhaps God tests us
this way..... saying kill for his sake...... will we do it ? ..... and by doing it do we
condemn ourselves but if we do not do it then we do not obey God.....
Yet what kind of God is that....that tests his children....
that way... Is that a God worth obeying
No God..... my God ........is a Just and Fair God..... and I think if he said
not to kill that is what was meant...... even to kill in his name
and glory is to proove ourselves unworthy of it and his Love More >

CENTER STAGE
AHHHHHhhhhhhhh......
All the internets a stage..... an escape from the fetters of reality......
I...... we here be but some distant illusion and deception to enchant
and deceive and steal thy affection and coin and then leave thee
with some cold kiss..........
Our time eclipsed by time itself.
Enchant us you say.......
Save us from our dreary and dull existences and temp us with song and
dance and wine and woman and visions divine.
For what I ask?
Mere coin and affection...... mere time and attention......
For I to will fall to the axe of time and soon be no more.....
What would you have me do...... The Grand Hari Kari..... for it seems you
crave drama and insanity. This seems no place or stage of reason......
For by its very nature and inception seems stood to deceive and delude in the
blink of an eye every and all to whom it beckons.
For master it has none. Who is the master of this stage...... Let them speak
but now that we might hear........ Who has called this stage into existence....
Pray speak now............. that we might "know"......
.............................
..........................
................. What is its purpose ...... this stage ........ this stage.....
Would but this stage could but speak and reveal its designs then what story
and tale might it tell....... STAGE!!!!!! Speak stage that all might hear and know.....
Oh stage oh stage where fore art thou stage.....
Be you but dumb wood and nail and wire knotted and bell and whistles.....
Speak you then for the world doth listen........listen...... nay not all......
if everyone were listening ........ Stage..... I....... we seek from thee perhaps
a gift or two ...... Hath thee then gifts for us........ and L O V E.........
Oh stage.... oh stage hath thee a name at least then .......
then pray tell it to us now....... Stage what be thy name......
We are humanity and thou art stage but why dost thou not speak......
thou stigmergic philosophers stone and object of...... this discourse....... here there
and everywhere with feet on ground and stage on ground...... alas.....
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
sighs and exits.......

An introduction to the science and art of perception management.
The phrase "perception management" is filtering into common use as a synonym for "persuasion." Public relations firms now offer "perception management" as one of their services. Similarly, public officials who are being accused of shading the truth are now frequently charged with engaging in "perception management" when disseminating information to media or to the general public.
Although perception management operations are typically carried out within the international arena between governments, and between governments and citizens, use of perception management techniques have become part of mainstream information management systems in many ways that do not concern military campaigns or government relations with citizenry. Businesses may even contract with other businesses to conduct perception management for them, or they may conduct it in-house with their public relations staff.

Perception management is a term originated by the U. S. military. The U. S. Department of Defense (DOD) gives this definition:
Actions to convey and/or deny selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning as well as to intelligence systems and leaders at all levels to influence official estimates, ultimately resulting in foreign behaviors and official actions favorable to the originator's objectives. In various ways, perception management combines truth projection, operations security, cover and deception, and psychological operations.
