Yo humans
I guess my reasoning for not wrecking the environment and climate in the first place, is that in so doing, we don't know how to fix it when broken, as we don't even understand it when not. The interdependence of the environment and humans and climate is such that for our own sake we must thread lightly upon it and hence ourselves less we desire not life and living itself and if such is the case all or many such humans should be aborted from the start.
Though I suppose we throughout the generations are slowly learning of this interdependence which we thus must pass on to the knowledge and understanding to those of the future. It is not thus merely a quaint ideological sentiment this love and regard for the environment but the sentiment of survival of the enlightened and aware.

who's right who's wrong, to the victor go the spoils it would seem but.....
"Winning a "wrong cause" doesn't make it right!
Might alone, does not make right,
For there is greater strength, reason and synergy found,
in the acknowledgment of the mutuality of rights
and the will and blessing of the informed majority."
Perhaps we could just admit that it is more than the simple concept of "right vs left and left vs right" can explain.
"today there is no day or night, today there is no black or white, today there is no dark or light, only shades of gray"

The True Mandate of Government
There is more to the mandate of Government, Governance and the Elected , than the mere proper and wise use of the Public purse and economy, but such together with the equally important concerns and considerations for the value, worth and health of the people, the environment and the future of ones Nation and perhaps the Earth as an evolving whole. And such as this thus forms the full measure and mark of a Politician and or States-persons true and successive duties, oath and mandate of and to office and to, for and towards the electorate in general.
