So the New Civ Economy has 7 billion Ecodollars in its account which is backed by the Ecoconstitution and which can be lent at a max rate of 0.5%. And which will thus receive new stimulus in its account each year of O.5 % of the total Global GDP. Each of the G20 Mints will thus have a general allocations of funds based on their current GDP. The moneies thus will go to paying for work the new civ needs done. Working with us rather than for us. Will there be a "TAX", no not necessarily but a portion of ones wages will be diverted to a community "insurance fund " for projects that benefit the new civ community as a whole. And what is the percentage of the diversion? Well it will perhaps depend and be based on a profit capping model where if your profit exceeds a reasonable amount you will be required to divert more into the insurance fund as your profits are probably stressing and taxing the system others and the environment most likely as a whole. See here we get into the real world issues asides from the new civ Ideaolgy or impetus. Jubs in the new civ corp will be without fancy titles which do nothing but pad the ego of those concerned.
anyway it has begun I suppose. We perhaps thus need to hire a human resources person to hire people for the New Civ Nonprofit Corportation? and I suppose we have to get a real world status as a corporation with a board and such . More >

An introduction to the science and art of perception management.
The phrase "perception management" is filtering into common use as a synonym for "persuasion." Public relations firms now offer "perception management" as one of their services. Similarly, public officials who are being accused of shading the truth are now frequently charged with engaging in "perception management" when disseminating information to media or to the general public.
Although perception management operations are typically carried out within the international arena between governments, and between governments and citizens, use of perception management techniques have become part of mainstream information management systems in many ways that do not concern military campaigns or government relations with citizenry. Businesses may even contract with other businesses to conduct perception management for them, or they may conduct it in-house with their public relations staff.
Perception management is a term originated by the U. S. military. The U. S. Department of Defense (DOD) gives this definition:
Actions to convey and/or deny selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning as well as to intelligence systems and leaders at all levels to influence official estimates, ultimately resulting in foreign behaviors and official actions favorable to the originator's objectives. In various ways, perception management combines truth projection, operations security, cover and deception, and psychological operations.
