Oct. 2007 Your Light Is Needed Now

From October 15th through October 29th, 2007, every person on the planet has the opportunity to assist in fulfilling a very important part of the unfolding Divine Plan. During these holy days in October, Lightworkers all over the world will volunteer to join forces with the Legions of Light throughout Infinity. Through this unified effort of Heaven and Earth our victory is assured.
Every person is a potential Lightworker, whether he or she realizes that Truth or not. All one has to do to fulfill the role of Lightworker is to ask their I AM Presence to help them be an Open Door for the Light of God. Then by invoking God’s Light into every situation that needs that healing unguent, the person becomes a powerful and deeply appreciated Lightworker.
The mission we are being called to fulfill at this time has been a work in progress since the initial impulse of Humanity's fall from Grace aeons ago. At that time, Humanity closed our Heart Chakras, so that we would not feel so much pain. This tragic event forced our Mother God to withdraw Her life-sustaining Flame of Divine Love from the Earth and all Life evolving here. This, in turn, caused the balance of the Divine Feminine on this planet to be reduced to a mere trickle of Her original power and influence.
After millions of years, our Mother-God has finally returned. Her Divine Love is gradually expanding through every Heart Flame, and She is reclaiming Her rightful position alongside the Divine Masculine pulsating within every soul.
Now it is time for the next phase of the Divine Plan. This involves reactivating the Heart Meridian within the body of Mother Earth. This Heart Meridian is the pathway through which the Diving Love of our Mother God nourishes and sustains the physical, etheric, mental and emotional strata of Earth. Tragically, since the fall this pathway has been blocked, and for millions of years it has been dimly echoing within the body of Mother Earth.
In order for the Earth to complete her Ascension into the 5th Dimension, it is imperative that this Heart Meridian be opened to full breadth. Your journey into the 5th dimension today, is one that prepares many levels of energy shifting not only in your crown chakra, but also in your base chakra. You understand the concept of as above, so below, and so it is also applicable to one’s chakras. Therefore, your crown chakra impacts on your base chakra - reflects into your base chakra, and vice versa. Your base chakra roots you to the earth, your crown chakra roots you to heaven. If you are ungrounded on the earth plane, you cannot be properly grounded in the higher planes. This ungroundedness results in many aspects of the self becoming fragmented. Aspects of the self disconnect and leaves one feeling scattered, confused and empty. When one is in such a fragmented state, it is difficult to remain centred, and it becomes increasingly difficult to understand what one’s true needs are. This results in the inability to manifest one’s needs as being met. The intentions one sets do not hold the clarity required for one to magnetically draw to oneself all the tools necessary to fulfill one’s needs. When one sets intentions, the energy is filtered out through the crown chakra. This energy is picked up by one’s guides and spiritual helpers as it moves through the various dimensions of energy. Now when one it is not rooted properly on the earth plane, one is not properly rooted in order to manifest physically, so there is a disconnection at both ends which means the intensions do not reach their proper destination in order for you to attract what you require.
Therefore being clear in your intentions helps you remain focused and grounded. Fear un-grounds you, as does living in the past or too much in the future. One of the major reasons why most people have difficulty manifesting their needs as fulfilled is because they spend far too much of their energy worrying about the past, and/or worrying about the future, and not investing enough focus, time and energy in the present moment in order to create a different future. By focusing on the problems of the past, one perpetuates these problems in the future, because energy grows where energy flows and if the focus is on negativity and fear, you are guaranteed to manifest the same in the future.
The reason why we are discussing the base chakra with you as a group today, is because much of what you shall work with through your crown chakra in service, in accordance with your life contract, will be to assist individuals and groups in understanding how the two chakras work together. How if one wants to completely connect with Spirit, one also needs to completely connect with Mother Earth. Mother Earth is the feminine aspect of Father Sky, the two are one expression of energy. Humanity's journey to earth is important in the sense of balancing masculine and feminine energy and integrating both principles in order to express a balanced expression of all life. One cannot be rooted only on the earth plane and not be rooted with the sky plane and expect to manifest balance and vice versa. An easy way to remember this is, as above so below.
Your interaction with individuals seeking balance is important because your journey into the mystery schools with Lord Maitreya, will bring about teachings you require in order to understand the higher levels of this particular teaching. I have often said, that unless you know yourself, you cannot know God. Therefore through your personal journey of keeping your crown and your base chakras balanced you will discover tools to assist humanity in manifesting the same balance, but more important initially is the understanding of why it is so important. I have already mentioned this before, but I shall repeat it. One of the reasons why a number of people on the spiritual path have difficulty manifesting their basic needs as met is because they are all up in the heavens, so to speak. Too much energy in the crown chakra and insufficient energy in the base chakra. In order to manifest balanced rooting systems imagine a tree, this is how one should be, rooted firmly to the earth, drawing sustenance and energy from the Mother Earth, extending high towards the heavens, drawing sustenance and energy from Father Sun. Tree’s live for a very long time, they trust fully that their needs will always be met. And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we may gather with each of you upon this day as we hold you firmly within the heart of Christ and securely upon the hands of God.
Beloved ones the journey into the star codes held by the Star Goddess Li-Ha is one that activates a deep resonance within the cellular configuration of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. The alteration of this configuration is important in terms of bringing into being that which is divine, that which is in alignment with the purpose of the moment and that which is a part of whichever new pathway is making it’s way to you or whichever aspect of the pathway you are on is being addressed.
As patience is mastered you will find that the agony that accompanies the process of patience dissipates. This is what the star code is offering you, the vibrant process of rooting your energy within a system of creativity that contributes to the process meeting it’s natural state of completion and releasing you to move forward. There are a number of different energies at play at this current time; there are layers upon layers being addressed simultaneously. This in itself is taking just a little bit of time to align itself within the grids of your magnetic field so that all systems can unfold simultaneously. At this stage some of it is still slightly staggered; by that I mean that different processes drawing to their close at different times. However, be patient. It will not be a drawn out process lasting weeks or months or years. It will in fact manifest a lot sooner than you expect - the expectation being that of hopelessness when one thinks of having to be patient, one automatically imagines having to hold on for an unlimited period of time.
The reason why this is also happening is because we need to assist humanity in completing the clearing of the chakric grids that are linked to the first seven years of your life specifically. The Pleiadian Goddesses are a vital part of this clearing. This is also connected to the journey we took you all through two days ago linked to the twelve pathways of destiny. In that transmission I said to you that your first seven years of life is that first pathway, that first ray upon which you enter your lifetime.
Those first seven years are directly influenced by your parents and the pathways that they have chosen. Each year of the seven years influences the seven chakras and if those chakras are harboring information, energy and codes that are not at this time resonating with the direction that you are choosing they need to be cleared out of the system so that the proper process of detachment can be conducted and completed, therefore releasing you to move forward.
So the presence of the Goddess Li-Ha is showing you that there are systems working within the realms of the subconscious and the unconscious, within the realms of the physical, emotional, mental and spirit bodies. They are in fact working simultaneously but are having to bring themselves into a perfectly aligned grid within the physical reality for every aspect of action to take place. This requires of you complete faith and trust in the fact that everything is working together all the time even when it appears that things are not moving. They are - as long as you have chosen action and you are doing everything in your conscious power to address whatever issues appear to be inhibiting you or blocking you, then you can rest assured knowing that the change is inevitable and will come sooner than you realise. The question is will you be ready when that change happens? Will you be ready to make that move rapidly the moment everything comes together? If your answer is yes, then brace yourself; if it is no, then best you address whatever aspect needs your attention ensuring that in the moment everything comes together you are in a position to take action in accordance with what the new experience is presenting you with.
Goddess Li-Ha is accompanied by the seven Pleiadian Goddesses who guard the star gates known as the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades. These star gates embody a very intricate system of energy which, when passed through, activates codes within you that allow the next level of your divine healing to be activated.
Today we take you through the divine healing of that first pathway of your twelve, the first seven imprints you received within the chakras. On August 8, 2007 we are given a rare opportunity to walk through another 'Door way of Accelerated Awakening' , the 8:8 LIONS GATE. This Awakening will occur within the cellular records of all beings. These cellular records are held within a crystalline code in the form of a tetrahedron (3 sided pyramid) which exists within the codon of each strand of DNA, which resides within each cell of the body, *as well as each cell in the Universe*.
In ancient times the 'Records of Remembrance' were hidden deep within the earth physically and dimensionally, under, above and around sacred sites. The Mother Matrix of these encodings lives within the Great Pyramid of Egypt with the Sphinx as the Stellar Sentinel. When the ancient skies were aligned in a specific stellar configuration an energetic doorway was opened to the sacred sites. Allowing entrance through these sacred geometric encodings.

ALHENA is marking stone for what is ahead. It inspires us to act on our greater soul truth and purpose. It indicates a turning point that has been reached and announces to us it is time to leave the fence of indecision. Alhena energetically creates a specific geometric seal, which allows a star-seed link of communication. This star requires transfiguration. Asking us to embody our true galactic light coding, issuing a command of waking to the dormant coding within.
The ROSETTA NEBULA is a powerful pulsing magnetic field whose rhythms extend into unknown dimensions of aetheric space. This is a broadcast energy that affects all ferrous matter (iron) and magnetic substances on earth. Humans are receiving energy emanations from this nebula, which affect the molecular spin within the blood. Abraham Maslow (1908-70) was a psychologist who became famous
for his hierarchy of human needs. When he developed his theory
in the 1950s, he predicted the transformation of humanity
into a realm of spiritual transcendence, but he had no idea
just how soon this would develop into a major movement.
Maslow's hierarchy of human needs shows that basic human needs
have to be fulfilled before people can attend to higher needs
and values.
First, the basic physiological needs of food and shelter must
be catered for in order to ensure survival.
Second, once food and shelter are obtained, safety and
security must be achieved.
Third, acceptance by others is sought, in both the social and
romantic senses. To fulfill this 'belonging' need, people
become part of a group, a tribe, an extended family or a
community.
When these deficiency, or outer-directed, needs are
satisfied, then the individual works to acquire self-respect.
Recognition by others produces self-esteem.
Once the outer needs are fulfilled, the inner-directed need
for self-actualization comes into play. To self-actualize
means to become the best you personally can be.
Self-actualized people include those who have achieved
material abundance, and also those who, as a decision of
personal power, have chosen simplicity over the pursuit
of further abundance. At some point, when a person says
"That's enough" to the endless pursuit of additional
financial security, then they become free to accomplish
anything that inspires their inner joy the most.
Self-actualization is achieved after the individual ceases to
have deference to hierarchical authority, and instead matures
into the ability to make their own rules of personal
responsibility. Personal responsibility is always more
powerful and effective than any system of imposed rules.
For example, you can threaten to punish someone if they
steal and hope that the threat works. But, a self-responsible
person simply wouldn't steal because they would feel empathy
for the loss that a would-be victim would feel. They simply
wouldn't have the heart to do such a thing to another person.
It's a matter of increased maturity. When a person abandons
the impositions of external authority and becomes their own,
self-directed authority, then they become far more
functional in the world. This is, in fact, a higher state
of consciousness, one which provides a higher vista of
awareness. From this expanded vista, they see clearly how

We are happy to be with you this evening. There has been so much going on since the activations within the past couple of weeks that we felt it was important for us to just relax this evening and enjoy each other in bliss and livelihood. Of course, I Am Fred, your spokesperson for this evening.

I Am Lord of Arcturus and I have been chosen to speak at this group this evening for several reasons. First, I have not spoken through Christine before but it is my pleasure to be here with all of you. Secondly, I want to invoke within everyone a balancing frequency that will assist in the planetary activations that have occurred within this past month and year. And thirdly, I want to prepare each person for the changes that will ensue within their beings as you all walk upon this path of Divinity Upon Gaia. May you all be acknowledged within these elements in this moment.
There have been great changes upon the Earth especially since the activations especially “Fire the Grid” in which each participant was allotted a special dispensation for clearing, processing, moving forward within each of their paths as it paved a new frontier upon the floor of the Earth. This floor has now been integrated with Light Frequencies never before experienced on this dimensional frequency. As each individual participated and even those who did not but were aware, a special dispensation of energy was brought forth through your soul family and within the nucleus of your being. This activation was a special fire code that was embedded into your physical being through the effects of your purpose upon this earth. Each of you participated in accepting this energy first and foremost, and then was fully activated during the transition process. This, in turn, created a full activation through your Earth Star into the core of the Earth. There were awakenings that occurred through the Inner Earth Cities so that the Upper Earth Cities (intergalactic star ships) would connect with the lower inner cities to create the functionality of a New Earth. This was just the beginning and more elements will be occurring in future months. Each of you are participants and activators of the higher frequency grids that are now fully grounded within the Earth. This is especially true for those of you who participated in nature and particularly true if you walked barefoot on the floor of Gaia as the frequencies of light ran through you and out of you to create powerful grids that would escalate Earth’s developmental process. This is what actually occurred. Now this not only happened during Fire the Grid but during 7-7-7, and all meditations and activations that have occurred during this month of July. We are aware that while the planet is under going a shift to a higher
frequency that, because she is a living moving energy system, all who
reside within her energy fields will also experience this realignment.
Firstly what many are experiencing naturally as the planet undergoes
her transformation which is what is termed the 'Creation of the
Lightbody'. So the next few pages will outline the different stages we
may experience as this occurs and how it is manifesting in our own
energy fields e.g. bouts of flu, headaches etc. Secondly as many are
enthusiastic and joyous at these changes, I would like to cover
practical things that we can consciously do to build and increase the
Light quotient in our own bodies.
Tuning ourselves to the higher octaves of Light and changing our

From the garden!! Birds singing (well 2 of them) and horses whinnying all over the neighborhood and my 2 sleepy heads - an aged buckskin AQHA foundation mare, KIT O`GOLD and my latest, a flaming red 2 year old colt, with white diamond between his wide set eyes... It took me 45 minutes to just wake up out of the theta state (which I of course gave thanks for because I LOVE IT THERE!!) this morning at 4:11 AM PST. in the last 11 minutes of the global firethegrid hour I felt my spirit soul mind heart and body CLICK into total coordination and a huge magnificent swell of love came down and went out from me and my beloved elementals/bio-body - fire air water and earth - atoms with atoms - radiantly sharing and huge liquid like golden rings of THE ONE LOVE ENERGY that I know so well flowing out from all my 13 personal chakras as if I were a pebble dropped in a pond - region with region radiantly sharing unto the 4 corners/4 directions and filling *all that is* between them! Filling all atoms in all dimensions of Earth Terra GAIA as the very fabric of all that is - UNIVERSE WITH UNIVERSE now radiantly sharing. IT WAS A MASSIVE ALIGNMENT EXPERIENCE 4 me personally!! The blue spheres of transformation are now locking into position for your July 7 .... you need not distract nor concern yourselves with the mechanics of this and its function ....
as we said in previous transmissions ... this is the awaited ignition point for transitional shift .... recalibration ... or as we term it ... harmonic shift ... it is the precursor to your quickening and global mass awakening ....
there is a frequency fence (filter) in your unseen ... vibrating just beyond your fields of perception ... this filter encompasses your earth .... and filters out harmonic vibrations (UV light) that are necessary and conducive to your spiritual growth and development as was intentionally divine in design ...
the filter was placed here by certain benign elements approx 500,000 years ago in your linear past which we do not wish to enter into at this moment .... however consider that your ozone layer is a later by product manifest of this filter ... as we have always maintained in past transmissions ... earth did not come with an ozone layer ... nor did it come with polar/ice caps ... and nor did it come with a broken spine and a lob-sided tilt ... the tilt is manifest in your solar system as well as galaxy and universe .... it is a reflection of the universal rift ... which is now moving back into alignment ... this will be instrumental in healing on many levels below and above ....
your universe and others are warming .. heating ... increasing in vibration ... global warming is not limited to just earth ... it is happening across the spectrum .... you can be as green as you like ... however your global warming will still continue ... we assure you ... if you were to eradicate all your vehicles today completely and industrial pollution ... global warming will still occur now and ever ...
your ozone layer begun to accelerate in dissipation after harmonic convergence 87 ... and now it will step-up in acceleration as the spheres of transformation lock-in onto the frequency filter ... earth's iris is opening up ... and expanding .... allowing more light (UV DNA encoded) to enter ... like the iris of a camera ... this is a reflection of humanity .... as you awaken ... open your eyes ... realize (real-eyes) ... soon ... all veils will be removed .... all will be revealed for what it is ...

retaliation ... vendetta ... revenge ... resistance ... hatred .... will not resolve this fear ... but only further feed it .... understand that fear can not encompass and embrace all things ... for only love can do this ...
look outside your window ... look at nature ... look into the eyes of the child .... there is a shift occurring ... a consciousness shift ... an expanding .... growing .... for only in embracement of each others divinity do you grow and expand ... resistance of each others divinity will only cause you to shrink .... the shift is simply a higher / greater frequency ... many term it a higher density or even dimensional ....
it matters not the technical semantics ... but only to know the shift is occurring .... the alignment is happening with or without your co-operation ... only know that anything that is not in resonance with the coming shift ... will disintegrate ... fall ... and fade away .... nothing will be spared from this transition ... whether you surf with the wave or against the wave is your divine choice ... know that surfing with the wave will bring you to the shores of the true divine and real human spirit ... the other will drown you in the under current ... you can choose to resist and fight it ... the choice is yours ... for we have infinite nowness and eternity ... and we know you are already home .... but the journey you must remember to make ...

the act of forgiveness is a quantum leap in the consciousness of soul growth and learning ... simply forgiving is non-attachment to expectation of outcome ... for there is no right or wrong ....
better or worse .... but only choice to grow through the allowance of joy and love ... or through the restriction and attachment of pain and misery .... the choice is always yours ....
there are no consequences in helping or not helping an innocent turtle cross a busy and dangerous highway ... for to think in terms of consequences is to think in terms of gain or loss .... past and future .... there is just living now .... in sanctity of pure life/love ... exploration and self-discovery ....
[R: sidetracking here .... a week ago there was a fatal shooting in Melbourne ... we don't have guns here ... a lady was being dragged by her hair out of a taxi cab by her angry husband / boyfriend
in broad daylight ... three men went to her rescue whilst others stood by watching ..... the husband/boyfriend pulled out a gun .... shot the three rescuers (one young man died on the scene) and
then shot his wife/girlfriend ... did the three men think in terms of consequence .. gain or loss ... what was in it for them? .... what was in it for the one who died?]

distance on the horizon ...
many ask ... "what can we do to help .. to win ... to beat ... to ensure harmony ... peace ... survival ... etc ... how do we beat the bad " ... there is nothing to do ... but simply a shift in focus/intention
... a choice .... you all each do your part ... no matter have great or small ... in your own way ... it is all equal and valid .... there are no spectators here ... only participants ... including all life forms
... inclusive of nature and animal kingdoms .... planetary and cosmic .... simply there is no separation here ...
many pray for assistance from the unseen .... intervention and assistance exists ... but only in matching and reflecting what you put in and choose to resonate to ... there is no free ride here ...
every word ... every breath ... every feeling .... every touch ... every action and intention feeds the morphogenetic resonance fields ... simply every choice ... every participating event and action
in every moment builds and creates ..... involvement .... you are all instruments ... part of a greater symphony .... you can choose to play in harmony and tune or you can choose to play
out-of-sync and out of tune ... it matters not ... or you can choose not to play at all ... then end result is what you hear and feel and get ...
most of all ... any choice of action you take must be made in self love and self respect ..... every choice is an opportunity to develop and grow towards authenticity ... integrity ... unconditional
love ... truth education ... allowance and freedom ... empathy and passion ...prayers and sincerity ... healing and embracement .... upliftment and fulfillment ... grace and community ....creative
freedom and expression .... as well as support and service not only to self but to others ...
engage .... involve ... participate ... every choice and action .... even helping the old lady cross the road is just as valid and important as is some mass global action on a grand scale ... teaching
and allowing a child a new creative expression and experience .... watching a flower grow ... listening to the wind .... comforting friends and loved ones in need ... being involved in community ... serving food in a homeless shelter ... even turning a screw or sending an email .... BUT ... all this must come from self-love and respect ... i.e. to say the intention must be not for gain or loss ... or motivated by fear or ego ... it must be unconditional with no expectation of outcomes .... only then it is true/real service towards fullfillment of a new humanity .... for any other doing would be a judgement which breeds more of the same ...
it is not what happens to you but how you deal with it ...your over-souls dream for growth ... experience and learning ... in this now-lifetime ... may be different than your conscious dream for yourself at any given moment ... the more you are in resonance with true love ... peace ... allowance and unity ... the closer you will be to your oversoul and its parts ... the indicator is synchronicity .... for there are no accidents ... and no co-incidents .... resisting new patterns of growth through love and peace and harmony only magnifies the motivation through fear to move you to the same destination that growth through harmony would have got you to ... easily and without sufferance ... anguish and pain ... it is choice ... you can take the high-way or the by-way ... and when everything is in a rush you find yourself in utter standstill ...
appreciate the beauty in each other and care for all that is life .... towards humanity .... through love ... forgiveness ... healing ... caring and community at the local and global level ... respect each others sovereignty but work together and not against each other for gain or loss ....
understand this ... the greater the resistance to grow ... forgive ... love ... allow and so forth .... the noisier and more chaotic the means to get the message across .... for you are the messenger to yourselves ... it is quiet simple really ....
open your hearts and prepare for ignition point to a new humanity .... awaiting to be birthed ...
with every awakened breath you breathe .... breathe something new ..... and with every taste ... taste something true .... shine your light across the darkened night .... and with every touch .... touch to hold and help others through .... with every breathe .... breathe your soul within ... breathe your gift of love and life to make others breathe ..... breathe your honesty ... breathe your innocence and purity .... breathe your words and breathe your love to set you free ....
