There once was a bunch of tiny frogs, who
arranged a running competition. The goal was to
reach the top of a very high tower. A big crowd
had gathered around the tower to see the race and
cheer on the contestants.
The race began...
Honestly...No one in the crowd really believed
that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the
tower. You heard statements such as: "Oh, WAY
too difficult!!! They will NEVER make it to the
top!!!" Or "Not a chance that they will succeed.
The tower is too high!!!"
The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by
one...Except for those, who in a fresh tempo,
were climbing higher and higher.
The crowd continued to yell, "It is too
difficult!!! No one will make it!!!" More tiny
frogs got tired and gave up...But ONE continued
higher and higher and higher. This one wouldn't
give up!!!
At the end everyone else had given up climbing
the tower, except for the one tiny frog who,
after a big effort, was the only one who reached
the top!
THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted
to know how this one frog managed to do it. A
contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found
the
strength to succeed and reach the goal. It
turned out...That the winner was DEAF!!!
The wisdom of this story is:
NEVER listen to other people's tendencies to be
negative or pessimistic...because they take your
most wonderful dreams and wishes away from
you...the ones you have in your heart!!!
Always think of the power words have. Because
everything you hear and read
will affect your actions!!!
Therefore: ALWAYS be...POSITIVE!!! And above
all: Be DEAF when people
tell YOU that you cannot fulfill your dreams!!!

Coke vs. Water. (this is pretty scary)
WATER
1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.
3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.
4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.
5. Lack of water, the 1st trigger of daytime fatigue.
6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.
8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.
And now for the properties of COKE
1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of coke in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.
2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.
3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous China.
4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola
5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.
8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.

1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.
2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate), the commercial truck must use the Hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.

I'm not asking for sympathy, but I have to tell you I'm practically crazy after spending an hour and a half chasing the major newspapers around in their anticipation of Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald's announcement of possible indictments as early as tomorrow. So I complain if they don't cover these kinds of stories and now I complain if they all do. Google News is showing nearly 1100 entries at this hour, and nearly every one goes after a different angle. However this turns out, it has got to be among the most complicated cases the world ever has seen. Central to the complication, of course, is who's lying, who's mistaken, and who just can't remember. Having gone blank myself sometimes, either in a test or under scrutiny from a superior, I'm trying to empathize. What precisely did I intend with that behavior of mine, so casually performed, nearly 3 years ago? At what point does someone realize he has to shape up his act so that any moment of his life can withstand the public spotlight? My father always advised me to "live above suspicion," words that I've remembered but rebelliously rarely lived by.
It would be most simple to imagine Bush, Cheney and the Iraq Group huddled in a corner planning covert revenge upon Joe Wilson for blasting their WMD plot out of the water. "Of course we can get Karl and Scooter to do the job. Their specialty." Those guys are in the oil business, which clearly is a more comfortable life in these Final Days than any sort of "elected" public service job. (How well we in Ohio understand Iraqis currently wondering where all those Yes votes came from!) But who is there to testify to such a scenario? More and more Americans are finding it easy to imagine, but a case in court it does not make. Let me point out a few sites I thought were significant this morning. WHAT ~ IS ~ FORGIVENESS, really...
Today I had a flash while breathing down 'in' the LOVE from source and then breathing that love out into my whole visual region. I was driving between Grangville and Winchester Idaho through what they call the Camas Prairie here where I live.
A very troublesome, actually a VERY hysterical situation - involving tenants in a group of rentals that I manage - had just been *confirmed as resolved*. I was sort of reveling in how effective the LOVE of GOD is and I was giving thanks to the bottom of my own soul as I drove home. Suddenly I thought, "THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY MEAN'T BY THE WORD/dynamic of FORGIVENESS!!"
You see I have never actually KNOWN what 'forgiveness' really is. I know what all the people have told me but for me I had to KNOW experientially and directly. I have always known 'The LOVE of God' since I can remember. In fact I have always had very intimate conversations with my God.
About five years ago it ocurred to me to transpose the word forgiving into Giving For so that it would have more meaning within me. Unfortunately I could never want to 'give for' another if I was all involved in some judgement upon said person, place, situation or thing...
Enter: The "SAY YES TO GOD" transmissions from the www.circleoflight.net about one year ago. I have since become a dedicated member and have consistantly allowed my heart to resonate with said transmissions. Cutting to the chase, about 2 months ago we were taught how to *stay in the heart chakra to process life as we are living it* and to *do a thing called the vertical breath*. Vertical Breathing is a VERY SIMPLE tool and WAY to continually train one's own subconscious to STAY ATTUNED with The Love LOVE of God whom I also know as the relationship of all life on planet from Earth's source - continually sustained & maintained or none of it or us would exist.
Using the Vertical Breathing technique, we breath the LOVE down from source consciously and on the out breath share it out from each of our heart chakras sending it forth to do ITS WORK. And it always flows to where it is needed without any agenda on our parts and miraculous things seem to be happening day after day now as a result.
Today I saw THAT LOVE in action though I had no agenda for it other than releasing and blessing my own version of a troublesome situation. Now I ask you: Whose else's version could I HAVE? Did I change ME? Or did I somehow cause a shift in the former reality itself? I don't know nor do I care. LOL
It was, after all, during my phase of *giving thanks* for the amazing shift in a troublesome reality, as I was experiencing it, that I got this insight about the true meaning of ForGiveness...Giving For US

I was just reading this long, fascinating exposée in New York Magazine about JT Leroy. He has been this sort of cult literary genius in the last few years. He's written several books, and the screenplay to the film "The Heart is Deceitful Above all Things", which Asia Argento currently is directing and starring in. He's supposedly a former child prostitute and junkie and mistreated child, who has a gift for writing about his experiences. And he has many celebrity supporters and great connections in the literary world. He's also in a rock band, and has a line of clothing, and various other ventures. The trouble is that hardly anybody has met him, including many of his friends. He's supposedly agoraphobic, so when, rarely, he shows up at one of his own book readings or some other event, it is in wig and sunglasses, and he seems to have nothing to say. So, some people are getting suspicious about whether he maybe doesn't really exist, and he's some kind of elaborate hoax.
Now, the main reason that I at all care, as I haven't read his books, is that I incidentally host his website and that of his band Thistle. And, you know, I normally only host websites for friends, for people I know. As to his website, I sort of took over somebody else's favor to a friend, as it was on some other server I managed, and when that was taken down, the easiest was just to put it on my own server.
And when I originally looked at the site, I didn't get much wiser as to who that really was for. I mean, JT Leroy sounds a little mysterious, or as somebody famous I'm supposed to know. And the website mainly contained listings of mentions, publicity, articles about or by JT Leroy, sightings, etc. And I gathered as much as that he was writing something, and that he had something to do with a band, even though he wasn't really in it. But mainly that he was some kind of cult figure, without it being clear why.
He's always been friendly, albeit a little brief, in e-mails. Although I've mostly dealt with a string of different supporting people who have worked on his website. And not much really, as I didn't have anything to do with it other than to provide the server space. Which is no big deal.
But now, the article mentioned makes a pretty strong case for him not even existing. That he's an invention of Laura Albert, who's the singer in Thistle, who apparently have somewhat of a gift for impersonating different people. And that's quite a feat, since many people have spent hours on the phone with him, and developed a great trust and respect for him. And he has after all showed up and met people once in a while, even though he didn't always look the same, and that the person who showed up often seemed to be remarkably ignorant of what he just had talked with people about on the phone.
Anyway, what do I know. He seems like an intriguing character, whether he exists or not. More >

You can't just receive all good, you have to make sure that what you are asking to receive is also for the good of everyone, or you won't receive it. This is part of the human guilt-trip; I'm afraid to have fun in case someone else isn't. As there is only the One Infinite Intelligence and Love in all, can the One be infinite love in you while being infinite misery in another? Of course not. Of course if you believe in different powers then it is understandable that one power would want joy for one and ignoring another's needs.
