Ra, White Robe & messenger of the spiritual Hierarchy, forthcoming Guardian, will release a heraldry concerning the build up of US military forces below the area of the Galactic Hyperspace Portal in Palawan, Philippines.
As a guiding query, let it be tossed: what’s the build up of military forces for? Is this a forward strategy in defense of the US submarine lanes in the West Philippine Sea?
