Ra, messenger for the spiritual Hierarchy, teacher & White Robe, forthcoming Guardian, will share heraldry concerning the interventions being done by Lord Metatron. Such interventions impact on the poles and the electromagnetic grid of the planet as a whole.
Metatron performs very gargantuan roles in the Hierarchy, among which are: Receiver of Light, Gatekeeper of the Scrolls, and Grandmaster of the Order of Ophanim (messenger angels). In keepership of the scrolls, he co-directs the work with Master Enoch.
At the dawn of “time” or great evolutionary cycle called Maha-Kalpa, Metatron was tasked by the Father-Mother to generate Light in manifest ‘form’, Light that thereafter spread over to the vast stretches of the ‘6 directions of space’. His knowledge of electromagnetics or EM is so superb that he can be regarded, in fact, as its Bearer or Keeper.
The very frequencies and amplitudes that physicists study today, which also find manifestations in other domains of life (e.g. economic cycles, behavior cycles), were pre-designed long ago in the Universal Mind of the Father-Mother. Aiding in that design-through-manifestation processes is the being we know as Metatron.
Earth’s overall frequency & amplitude EM configurations comprise what we term as a ‘force field’. At certain points of the planet the ‘force field’ converge into vortices termed as ‘poles’: North and South. The external portion comprises a membrane-like structure called the planetary Ring-Pass-Not that functions to inhibit objects and subtle forces from destroying the planet via impact from outside.
Since Metatron was directly involved in projecting and manifesting the EM spectral patterns and congealing force fields across the vast multi-universes or omniverse, then necessarily he can be involved in helping to balance the contortions arising in our planet’s force field. Which indeed he has been doing for over a couple of decades now.
Prior to the pole shift event, Metatron saw to it that no untimely destabilizing polar phenomena will happen. Such a destabilization of our already contorted EM field could have led to devastating catastrophes as early as two (2) decades before the 2012 event.
Furthermore, region per region, energy spot per energy spot, portal per portal, Metatron and his aides of angels (of Dhyan Chohan awareness levels) did spot interventions and balancing tasks. Where they find it necessary, they embed EM implants right on the very force field of the planet.
In case of energy blockages in the path of energy spots that were supposedly scheduled for activation, Metatron and angel aides were there to do interventions for unblocking of such energies. So today, at the most subtle levels of Terra’s EM ‘force field’, the energy grids of the planet are already practically in perfect harmony, ready for the big leap on ascension time and period.
As to the unblocking of pathways for the inflow of energies from higher dimensions, Metatron & angels were also aided by (a) spiritual masters down the ground and (b) contingents from the Galactic Confederation. Practically all of the major and minor portals are now cleansed, unblocked, cleared up, and operational for energy passage as well as for hyperspace travels by GC contingents and angelic legions.
Remember the Big Quake that flattened Osaka in the early 90s? That quake was induced by a luggage case mounted Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM brought to Japan via Yakuza teams straight from cash transactions in Russia. An Evil Master, head of the Aum cult, was behind that abominable act, to refresh your memories.
Since that quake onwards, it was resolved by the Ascended Masters that Big City destruction never will that event happen again via TEM or equivalent. Ergo, Metatron & aides came to the rescue, by embedding stabilizing implants in the EM force fields of Big Cities across the world. So the planned destruction of such cities as Singapore, Jakarta, and Manila by Singapore never took place at all, as the Metatronic implants served their purposes well.
Big Cities have to be spared of catastrophes as they are the places where starseeds and White Robes are most highly concentrated. Luciferans wish to destroy them precisely due to the presence of the Light Beings & starseeds in them.
Did you notice that Big Tsunami that devastated Japan in 2011? It must have been intended to whack down Tokyo, but notice how Tokyo was spared from the devastation. Don’t even bet on it: the Metatronic implants in Tokyo metropolis worked wonders to save the megapolis.
There are more tasks ahead for Lord Metatron, and he has been meeting with the Guardians concerning the tasks. Suffice me to end the note here, and deal with the other tasks in heraldries later.

For this note, Ra of the Brotherhood of Light will focus on the catalytic aid coming from the galaxy aimed at facilitating Terrans’ ascension to 4th dimension. The Galactic Logos & Logoi Aides have deputized certain galactic guardians to do such a gargantuan task, two (2) of which are most known to you: Sananda and Ashtar.
Both Sananda and Ashtar are Ascended Beings who have attained a level of spiritual evolution referred to as Dhyan Chohan or Planetary Spirit. A very stupendous process twill take for a spiritual Initiate to reach that level, which incidentally the Buddha and couples of Terra’s ministering Adepts have attained.
Peoples across the globe have become aware of Sananda as the Oversoul of Jesus. So let me clarify this point with a few elaborations to spare.
Jesus was Chohan of the Age of Pisces, a truly difficult Age that was fraught with abominable exploits by the Fallen Ones. Jesus Christ took on the returning karma of Terrans during the Age, a mission that resulted to the stoppage of the further evolutionary descent of mankind to the hovels of darkness.
Jesus Christ’s role as messiah or Chohan of the Age is now over. It was a Mission Accomplished status altogether, which merits the Mahavatar Issa (his name in Asia) billions worth of applauses…and elevation to a level of work that is more challenging.
His reunion with his Oversoul already completed, likewise his merger with his Twinflame Lady Mary Magdala completed, Jesus is thus rewarded with a next-level challenging task as Sananda. His status as Galactic Guardian has been formalized, and so he administers the Galactic Command which is the echelon of the very large and complex Galactic Confederation.
Co-partnering with him in that mission is another Dhyan Chohan, Ashtar. Little known from this facet of Solaria (well known among higher dimension planets including Venus), Ashtar’s spiritual perfection was attained during the previous Manvantara or Evolutionary Round yet.
Among those Dhyan Chohans who were revived or re-awakened during the beginnings of this present Manvantara (over 3.3 billions of years ago yet), Ashtar thus spent colossal efforts in helping to catalyze the descent of the Life-Wave on diverse planets across the Omniverse or Multi-Universes.
Catalyzing life by the Dhyan Chohans means enabling the newly-emanated (created) Monads (God-selves) descend on the waiting planets. There the Monads altogether constituted a Life-Wave for the planet, which enabled the evolution of mineral, vegetative, animal, and devic life-forms. Humanity evolved at the tail end of the devic stage on a planet, thus the term devic-man for present humans.
As Dhyan Chohan, Ashtar enabled the birthing of Souls from newly “born” Oversouls or Christ Bodies. Thus he is identified as Father by many souls across the galaxy and beyond, being in fact a Dhyan Chohan who aided the process of soul-projection.
His Life-Wave enabling task is long over at this point, as the Manvantara has already more than reached the midpoint (from Divine spheres down to the descending arc of evolution). The upward arc of evolution across many worlds is now the dominant reality, and so Ashtar and other Dhyan Chohans must be given tasks coherent with the reality and challenges of ensuring the return of ascending souls to their Christ Selves, Monads, and to the Father-Mother at the pralaya (diffusion) phase of the Manvantara.
As Galactic Guardians, Sananda and Ashtar will oversee the administration of balance & order, procure the greatest peace, and enforce Galactic Deities’ fiats aimed at an ordered ascent of all humans and deserving worlds to the higher realms.

Good day from this messenger of the spiritual Hierarchy!
Being among a hundred White Robes officially mandated to do messenger task concerning the forthcoming planetary ascension, let me ensue with the heraldries with glee. I’m almost bursting with delight of a festive mien as the ascension nears, so let me renew my heraldries.
For this note, I will clarify the subject regarding the mainstream populations or Mainstreamers that will qualify for the New Earth. As the masters have clarified before, Service-for-Others is the core criterion for making it to the 4th dimensional Earth. [We Brothers already chronicled the transfer of Demoniacs and Laggards to planet befitting their own awareness levels, so I won’t belabor on the subject.]
Aboveground peoples comprise of 90% Mainsteamers and 10% Indigenous Peoples or IPs. World population will be nearly 7 billions by end of December this year. Out of that total forecast population, 6.3 Billions will be Mainstreamers, while 700 Millions will be IPs (I treated the subject of IPs in a previous article).
It is among the Mainstreamers where the 80% of Orions—who massed up on Terra in antiquity—are concentrated. Laggards, Demoniacs (negative persons), Lizards & other reptiloid species, Insectoids (insect humanoids, Felines (cat humanoids), and what-have-you are over-congesting among the Mainstreamers.
Luckily for the Mainstreamers, there also is a relatively significant presence of ‘starseeds’—recent arrivals from higher dimension worlds where they lived most of their lives—and evolved souls or Old Souls. However, the presence of the starseeds and/or Old Souls wasn’t impactful enough on the Laggards & Demoniacs who retained their Service-for-Self psyche—dominated by their Inner Demons—for so many eons.
My forecast is that 800 millions out of the 6.3 billion Mainstreamers will qualify for the New Earth. That’s a pathetic 12.69% graduation rate, or 1 out of 8.
The table below shows the New Earth qualifiers among the 3 distinct peoples of Terra today: Mainstreamers, IPs, and Undergrounders or UG people.

That means a humungous total of Mainstreamers, 5.5 Billions in all, will be moved out to other planets reserved for them. As we Brothers already heralded in the past, there is a planet for the Demoniacs and another planet for the Laggards, and that those dying among them have been transferred pronto to their respective planets since late 2008 yet.
Take the case of my beloved country, Philippines. A remnant of the once glorious Maharloka continent of Mu fame, PH retains its 4th dimensional vibes amid the drop in Terra’s vibes to 3D level. The high vibes served as incentive for many fragmented souls to be embodied here, as the Karmic Board merited them their last chances for renewal.
But sadly, most of the Pinoys squandered the last chance given them. They failed to use the 4D vibes for self-healing, reinforced their fragmentation with the comfort of a near tropical paradise they found here, and failed to develop their mental bodies (Pinoys don’t read at all save for school days when reading is required).
Emotional morons by psyche, with stains of antipathy expressed as ‘crab mentality’, Pinoys exhibit that ‘Judas complex’ that they display whenever opportunities arise. They disdain psychologists & psychiatrists who they find as taboo to consult with, thus reinforcing their psychosocial dysfunctions with delusions of being “good persons.”
So I am not surprised that Pinoys will suffer a 90% crash of warm bodies, with only 10% making it to New Earth. Having done my last teaching task here, and able to ascend the ladder despite the dysfunctions of the Orion-Reptilian-Insectoid-schizoid types where I was embedded, I never gave up on the Pinoys, never left for other lands to escape the hellworld of dysfunctional souls in the islands.
Now, as to the Mainstreamers in general, some day in the future the Lightworkers (mystics & Adepts) would exclaim that these are left-overs from highly polarized, dysfunctional Old Earth habitués. If the Lightworkers, who will be next teachers, will describe the Mainstreamers as “SOBs” or “bitches” or “assholes” or “morons” out of exasperation, I won’t be surprised.
Ra has done his job mentoring and coaching Mainstreamers for many lives (since his first ascension as Shaolin monk c. 6th-7th A.D.). Ra will not pass this way again, as he joined the Ascended Masters for tasks of higher ministration. For the Mainstreamers I would say: I REST MY CASE.

It’s late afternoon here in the Philippines, daylight is still around though quite faded a bit. The time of the day seems to be delivering the message that there is still some light in the global economy, and that is a feel-good ambience.
Light there may be for the global economy, but that light no longer comes from the Western economies. Definitely no longer from the once mighty ‘economic superpower’ USA that had lost the leadership leverage this decade when it suffered two (2) successive recessions within a short span.
I’ve already treated the matter of declining Western techno-economic power and hegemony over the rest of the globe in many articles. There is hardly any serious, highly-informed analyst in the world today who doesn’t share the same view, a view that Western (Caucasian) social forecasters do likewise hold even as they forewarned the West of the catastrophes that will confront them.
Stock markets across the globe, however, just couldn’t adjust to the new reality soon enough. They still behave like old hush puppies that look up to Wall Street for precedence in setting the trends of local bourses. That renders the local bourses as laughing stock dinosaurs that need to retool quickly, and the quickest that such retooling will be translated into practice, the better will it be for their respective stock trades and financial-monetary markets.
To reminisce a bit, America was the unchallenged global leader after World War II as it contributed 40% to the Gross World Product or GWP. Its European & Japan partners contributed another 20% to GWP, so that empowered the USA & partners’ (OECD) 60% contribution to GWP to exercise hegemony in all regions of the planet.
Today, the economic landscape had entirely changed. The USA’s $13+ Trillion GDP is down 22% of world income, while the entire EU’s $13+ Trillion is another 22%. EU + USA/Canada + Japan put together couldn’t even amount to 50% of Gross World Product, so the old partners may just have to metamorphose out of their old identities and retool quickly. They no longer hold the planet’s collective purse and should desist from bullying other nations with their economic clout that is pathetically a non-clout today.
Herd behavior, of course, is the least that we can make of the behavior of plummeting bourses. “Follow the leader” mindset of cave dwellers is still in, a mindset that is a messy sticking point for retooling purposes.
Why should local bourses refuse to see the new reality and dis-engage from the antiquated herd instinct? After all, stock markets are the exclusive games of the big corporate boys and consummate traders who have been addicted to the casino economy of antiquity. They hardly matter for the real economy sectors, such as those of Asia’s that have effectively built firewalls between the real economy and casino stock markets.
If to serve a bit of relevance to domestic growth at all, local bourses ought to look at the health of their own domestic physical economies and financial-monetary wellness.
Take a look at East Asia. The region has been driving the global economy beyond doubt, its average investments and savings rates are high, gross international reserves are equally high, and the physical economy as a whole has shown the way to high value-added production. Stock markets should better follow the lead of the healthy conditions of their domestic economies rather than look up to an offshore global leader that is now a chimera.
Or, if they can’t resist looking at offshore patterns, then they should look at their very own regional backyards for such models. Regional integration has been the strategy of the day, so why get fixated to a dinosaur fiction (USA as leader) when there are regional economic patterns that can show the lead.
USA’s lead will never ever return, this is a foregone conclusion. And Europe ought to rethink its integration efforts, as the Eurozone is now hotly burning, so Europe better not behave like a global hero that can fill up the vacuum left by the USA. A continent that is perennially flat on its back and is now burning in financial-monetary flames can never fill up such a vacuum.
As already articulated by me in previous articles, the Western markets will decline progressively across time. Consumption from 2007 through 2015 will decline by as much as 30% of their pre-recession levels. In contrast, Asia’s consumption will more than double during the same period, thus rendering Asia the unquestioned driver of the global economy in terms of (a) technological cutting edge, (b) production levels of the real economy, and (c) consumption levels.
In closing, just like the pattern for mega-cities where no one mega-city can be considered a global center today, so is it with national economies. Economic leadership has already been de-centered, global hegemony had been erased, and there can only be inter-dependence between markets as the most viable option. That interdependence should find translations in the bourses and currency markets.

Vivaldi’s musical pieces, notably 4 seasons, are playing as I write this piece. The classic music from a notable musical master (a spiritual master embodied as great artist) is fitful celebration for a Terran population that is almost unknown among the Aboveground people: the Underground or UG people, generically known as Telosians.
Of the 1.5 Billion Terrans who will ascend to New Earth soon, roughly 120 millions are UG people. 1.4 Billion will be Aboveground people divisible yet into two (2) populations: the (a) Mainstream and (b) Indigenous Peoples or IPs who are also termed as ‘tribal’ communities. Integrating the 3 populations into one in the New Earth is a complicated task in itself.
For now, let me focus on the UGs or Telosians and leave the matter of integration interventions for future heraldries. UGs possess a relatively balanced psyche, and are thus less prone to psychological disorders and/or criminal behavior contrasted to the Aboveground peoples, so around 99% of them will ascend to 4th dimension very soon.
Just exactly how did it happen that certain Terrans are living underground remains an enigma to those who are aware of their presence. They actually buried themselves underneath the surface before the last Ice End ended, and that’s how they started to flourish down there.
Terrans were a techie-savvy people as a whole before 9,500 BC when the rampaging waters from the polar regions rushed to inundate the world. Already at the level of knowledge-intensive technologies, they were able to travel to space. The Atlantean remnants on Poseidonis were the exemplars of that level of development, though the LemuroAtlantean Aryans of the East were no less advanced.
As early as 3,000 years before the Poseidonians ignited events leading to the bursting of gas bubbles underneath the continent, other Terrans already knew what was going to happen. The anticipated demonic fireworks of the Poseidonians, using the crystal energy producer in their core city, led other Terrans to build safe havens underground.
Thus, as the gas bubbles burst into explosions of cataclysmic proportions below Poseidon, the other Terrans retreated underground and sealed the entrance beyond discovery by future survivors aboveground. The UG survivors brought along with them their philosophy, science, technology, arts, and alchemy, so they more than thrived below the surface.
In contrast, those aboveground who survived (Noah’s family among them) eked out a pitiful existence after the flood waters stabilized. Civilization took the backseat aboveground, surviving communities returned to the Stone Age, and it took almost 2,000 years before civilization recovered in the famed Osirian (Egypt) and Rama (India) civilizations.
The UG peoples went on with their life, surmounted their polarities, and expelled peoples that were rowdy and troublesome (Gypsies among them). They strictly executed a population control policy, with each city allowed a max of only a million people. It was ZPG or zero population growth for a very long time down there.
Approximately 115 cities were built across time. They were interconnected through underground bullet-speed railways that traveled at 3,000 KPH or so. They continued to improve on their computer tech, robotics, lasers, electromagnetic pulse, space tech, and military tech. They strengthened harmony and balance, eliminating conflicts among them.
With an iron-forged solidarity, they went about to eliminate Reptilians, Zetans, and other negative aliens basing down under. They took no qualms in destroying Men-In-Black or MIB hybrid assassins (soul-less ones) that were eventually eliminated too.
Knowing the full import of the ascension, the UGs finally decided that it was time to move on and depart for space. Almost all of them are up there now, save for a skeleton force that continues to monitor the underground sector areas and eliminate some other aliens that they might have missed out to eliminate.
The UGs already rescinded the age-old ZPG and has embarked on a Baby Boom policy. They’re preparing for the mass evacuation of qualified aboveground peoples, as well as conduct relief & rehab operations post-ascension time.

As messenger for the spiritual Hierarchy, Ra of the Darjeeling Council (1st Ray/Enlightened Power) will clarify in this note the matter of judge role-performance.
To advance the Divine Plan’s extra mandate: White Robes will be deputized to perform judicial roles as Judges. Guardians will go a step further in the Divine Plan, with extra mandate as Executioner on top of the Judge role.
The task of judicial decision-making (judging) actually belongs to the Karmic Board. The Board works very closely with the Recording Angels or Lipikas who are keepers of the records of each soul on both the angelic and human dimensions.
Let’s take the case of an incarnating soul. As soon as this soul dies, a relative rest will be experienced, the length depending on the soul age of the person. Then, the soul will be summoned to the halls of the Karmic Board, explained the plus and minuses from out of the karmas of the previous embodiment, after which a decision will be made as to where, when, and family will the reincarnating soul embody.
Upon the ringing of the bells on early morning of the 21st December ’12, divine grace will be granted to many souls on Terra. Those who did not live meritorious life across the past epochs, and judged unfit for Terra, will be moved to other planets fit for their own levels of awareness.
As a caveat however, there will be instances where certain souls’ life cases may need to be reviewed. This is where the White Robes are needed to help in processing the said souls. Their decisions will be final and executory, as the Divine Plan stipulates.
This judicial facet of the Plan was first released over 2,000 years ago thru John the Beloved in his Book of Revelation. It was stipulated in the said scriptural document that the time will come when even angels will be judged by humans—not ordinary humans, but the Ascended humans.
The same facet of the Plan was re-echoed by JJ Hurtak in his book Keys of Enoch, writ in the early 70s. Pronouncing the heraldry to Hurtak, Lord Metatron re-iterated the Plan about extending the judicial functions of the Karmic Board to the emerging spiritual masters (White Robes).
Albeit, judging the fate of the Dark Adepts and their dirty operators is altogether complex. The overall judgement for the Luciferans and other Dark Adepts falls upon the shoulders of Lord Gabriel whose Forces are now very prepared for the mass arrest of the former and incarceration in the Kama Loka (Hell) planet reserved for them. Yet there remains some complexities along the way.
To address those complexities, the incoming Guardians will be mandated to serve as both Judge and Executioner for each one. Gatekeepers, teachers, healers among the White Robes may be constrained to perform the Executioner role, so the option is to concentrate this special task to the Guardians.
Take the case of the many false prophets, the grey elements, and so many other grand deceivers down here today. They have committed a misqualified use of their endowments of divine Light, and it is easy to monitor and authenticate such a misuse by getting the records from the Recording Angels.
Not only did those erring persons deceive people, millions of them served as Evil Masters’ agents for embedding dirty implants on hapless victims. The latter were then hooked up to the machinations of certain Evil Masters, were darkened in the process, till they finally joined the Fallen Ones in their dirty pursuits.
I have seen with my own eyes how certain members of social networks for starseeds and Lightworkers fell to the Evil Masters’ clutches with just but a handful of dirty operators to begin the task. One particular social network, the starseeds.net, has over half of its members move to the Dark side in just a few months of membership there (I was there once but was unjustly banned by its creator who has a discarnate attached to her aura, the discarnate a former voodoo practitioner!).
So, enthused aspirants, be glad that there will be more wise Judges coming right down on the surface in just a few months to come. December 21 is Judgement Day as we Brothers of Light already explicated, so prepare for the even greater separation of the ‘wheat’ from the ‘bad grass’ before the new cities rise in the New Earth.

Just like when one needs medication, the moment that the ailment had healed, one must take off from the medication right away or else face deleterious consequences of overdose and over-exposure to the medication. So is it with faith. Faith is the central affective (emotions, feelings) element in the soul, it makes one a ‘believer’ at the minimum, and is definitely needed to ascend the heights. But faith alone isn’t enough. There are the cognitive, intuitive, nirvanic and higher elements in the Self that must also be given attention. Let us presume that the Seeker has the faith element well built up, and will need not demonstrate overtly that s/he believes in God and the transcendent reality. There are two things to note here by the Seeker. It concerns devotion: the ‘externalization’ of faith. One, constantly check out on your devotion to your ‘significant Others’. And, two, practice some form of Bhakti. Devotion to the ‘significant Other’ (loved one, boss, fellow, etc) and devotion to God Almighty are very much intertwined. To say that one can show utmost devotion to God while showing bitterness, apathy and sociopathy to fellows is non-sense. They must co-condition each other. Failing to observe this synergy, one will flounder in the path. Devotion to the ‘Significant Others’ Based on the observation of sociologists, the complex web of social relations we call ‘society’ cannot be possible without devotion manifested at the micro-level: the level of ‘in-groups’. In these groups we perform roles of great diversity, roles that shift as we move on from one situation to another. We encounter our ‘significant others’ in these groups, and they comprise the base of our ‘lifeworld’ (lebenswelt). During the early heydays of the founding of sociology, the intellectual giants Weber, Durkheim, Simmel, Mannheim, Cooley, G.H. Mead, Sorokin and Schutz went down to brass tacks right away, designed the methods that will uncover the veils of reality at the micro-level, see what forces make society possible at that level, and assess the human condition within the templates of that reality. Their finding was a homogenous one: devotion is the most singular, powerful force that cements social bonds, and the social bonds in return produce norms that, in return, make institutions and society possible. So, Noble Seeker, it all boils down to devotion. With high devotion, social order; with low to negative devotion, social chaos. Systems of representations form a rubric from out of devotion, notably: norms, prescriptions and proscriptions, values, laws, sanction systems, etc. When forces are operative that will tend to bring devotion down, crisis results (see Weber, Durkheim, Sorokin). Weber observed ‘dehumanization’ within the context of a rationalized, bureaucratized order; Durkheim, that of ‘anomie’ as community solidarity self-destructs, giving way to an ‘organic solidarity’ in urbanized settings; and Sorokin, the ‘crisis of our times’ due to excessive sensate values. Earlier than them, Marx elaborated on the problem of ‘alienation’ as the most central human predicament. Since those studies of the sociological founders were released, the human predicament had deteriorated to greater extremes, madness seems to have become dominant, giving rise to the thesis about the failure of Reason or the Enlightenment as the root cause. There had since been the greater clamor to build more community, to create more social harmony, and so on. With the presence of an increasing number of Lightworkers, we are glad to note that the values aimed at affecting community are penetrating deep down the private sphere where the social bond is embedded. So, Noble Seeker, the world context is quite better now for alternative paradigms. Please check out constantly on your devotion to your ‘significant others’. Check out whether you are a harmonizer or a destroyer of bonds most often. If there is a ‘critical mass’ of antipathy or sociopathy in you, chances are that you are suffering from personality disorder condition. Your emotional self is badly ailing and damaged, and cannot function to the fullest. So damaged is it that you cannot function socially as well, since your emotional self is the foundation of your ‘social self’. And if your emotional-social selves are damaged, there is no way that energy from Above can flow to you fully. You aren’t capable of interconnecting with your fellows, of demonstrating an interface of your ‘heart chakras’, you experience alienation and anomie, and you could become a factor in damaging the ecology of any organization or group. If people with badly damaged emotional-social selves would come together, they could only seal social bonds through compulsion, fear and intimidation, and the result is mafia groups or totalitarian groups. My thesis is that you can only best approach the Almighty God via devotion if you likewise can demonstrate devotion to your ‘significant others’. And that devotion must be a balanced, harmonic devotion, not the forced devotion of mafias and totalitarian groups. If you as Seeker has got some balancing to do on your emotional-social aspects, than please do so soon enough. Secure the help of a clinical psychologist at least, or a good psycho-social counselor who can help you do the self-assessment and modify your behavior towards greater balance accordingly. Sustain high levels of goodwill with your ‘significant others’ at all times. You may have some fiery quarrels with people on personal and professional grounds, and the conflict can bruise your bonds. Take some time to heal the bond, but as soon as the negative energy of the conflict is extinguished, re-establish goodwill. At the minimum, pray for the persons involved, express in thought and heart that you have forgiven them. Even if you won’t see the same persons again, or decide to cut off links with them, decide just the same to maintain goodwill. That clearly done, you will contribute to firming up the loose soils of the fractured societal bonds, and become a true Lightworker in the process. Devotion to God, the Bhakti Way No matter how far you’ve advanced as a Seeker or even as a mystic or master, just the same you will feel the urge to do devotional works. The most individuated Seekers are allergic to mass production devotions (church, congregations). If you are this type of Seeker, then schedule a bhakti session alone, in your home, by chanting the name of God. The lines you learned from your churches would be alright for this purpose. For instance, you can chant repeatedly for around fifteen (15) minutes at least the mantrams “Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare (7X), Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare (7X),” over and over. You can also diversify the mantrams. Advanced seekers are universalistic, and if you’re of this kind, than you can add, even if you were born a Hindu, the chanting of the “Hail Mary” of the Catholics, and vice versa (Catholics can chant the Hindu’s bhakti mantrams). A powerful chant is “Om Namo Narayanaya” which is expressing devotion to the Spirit-side of God. That is why the “Hail Mary” or the novena was designed—by mystics within the Roman church—precisely to diffuse powerful mantrams as sustainers of devotion to Mary and God. So powerful is the novena, devotees just can’t comprehend its power but during the focal devotions the novena keeps the believers glued to where they are. If only the church can re-codify the Hail Mary into chant form, and let it be sung repeatedly, it could transport the devotee to the heights of the higher dimensions. If you Dear Seeker are keen on attending church service, than that would be your regular Bhakti session. During a mass, the devotees chant, invoke many mantrams (prayers), and end the ritual with an invocation to let the Violet Flame descend unto the participants (Violet Flame = Holy Spirit of Christians). Go ahead, Seeker, maintain your church life, but to make your bhakti more meaningful you must also join your ministries or equivalent. Join the liturgy ministry, or youth ministry, or ecology ministry, where you can work with ‘significant others’ and strengthen your devotion at that level. It is possible that if you, Seeker, can stabilize your emotional-social selves via bhakti if you are unstable in this regard. Bhakti can be a powerful tool that will make your heart warm up to your hostile “enemies” (per your perception) and reconcile with them even if the reconciliation will be non-physical (visualization with prayers, reconciliation of the heart). But if your emotional-social ailments have reached the dysfunctional level, then please see a psychiatrist who can help you take off the dark energies that cause the ailments from your unconscious mind. Look at all those devotees who practice bhakti, but who after coming from church service are back to their hostile, antisocial attitudes towards their ‘significant others’. They suffer from deep psychiatric malaise, and they are using bhakti (church service) as a dope or opiate to temporarily relieve them of the ailment. The opiate then makes them delude into believing that they are already saved. Sociologists found out after extensive research, some with disbelief, that indeed the ‘opiate effect’ thesis of Marx, or ‘religion as dope’ of Simmel, or ‘religion as illusion’ by Freud, was empirically correct, accurate and precise. (See the works of Kenneth Thompson regarding the theme of ‘belief and ideology’ as summary of these inquiries.) Don’t ever imitate those whose behavior you think isn’t worth emulating. Such as the mass of devotees, most of whom are laggards, who have reduced devotion to dope. Make bhakti a truly liberating one, let it penetrate through you and empower your conscience. With an empowered conscience, virtues can work within you, and you can develop healthy relationships with ‘significant others’ based on true, spirit-filled devotion. Summary In sum, put devotion in your program for self-realization, and practice them at both the social and trans-social (transcendent) levels. With your heart you can then intuit on the cosmic significance of the category of ‘Other’, and discover that the ‘significant Others’ are One and indivisibly parts of the ‘Divine Others’, all thus merged in the heart, mind and will of the highest ‘Other’: God. Ra of the Brotherhood’s Darjeeling Council will highlight the emerging spiritual functionary in this note. Just exactly what is the full import of the World Leader will be explained first of all.
The coming World Leader is a returning Avatar who is embodiment of the Son facet of the Holy Trinity of Brahma-Vishnu-Mahadeva or Father-Son-Holy Spirit/Mother. His coming was prophesied too long ago yet, many millennia back in time. (See Annie Besant, Avatara.)
From the vantage point of Vedic metaphysics, the World Leader is the 10th re-embodiment of the Son, Lord Vishnu. Vishnu came back over and over again to help re-balance the human context every time that the context reaches the phase of stagnation-to-decay. Whenever the world cries out for the Son, he will come.
Incidentally, on this 10th return of Vishnu, humanity as a whole has already begun to move back upwards in the evolutionary arc towards total liberation (c. 1934). The emerging context is also one of a Terra and humanity moving back to the 4th dimension that will ensue at a time when the 5th Root-race of Aryans is at its terminal phase.
That means that the Son will help a lot in preparing the grounds for the coming of the 6th Root-race, the 6th among 7 Root-races comprising the whole gamut of the 4th Globe of Earth (there will be 3 more globes of Terra before the pralaya or diffusion and ‘sleep’). Ergo, he will prepare the grounds for the coming of two more divine figures (avatars): (a) Lord Moru who will be manu of the 6th root-race, and (b) the Bodhisattva of the same race.
Lord Vishnu will accordingly return as Lord Kalki Avatar as the prophecy goes. He will manifest directly in Shamballah, and will not be reborn as a baby down the surface as many literalist of prophetic eschatology are inclined to think of.
Shamballah will be his base of operations, where resides also the Planetary Logos and Hierarchs of Terra. From there he will preside over the affairs of the entire Brotherhood of Light, this being a beacon of his preparations for assumption of world leadership right after the ascension day on December the 21st (2012).
Note that Lord Vishnu returning as Lord Kolki (this is the modern version of name) has already taken place. Prior to the granting of divine grace on me in Nov 2008 (to effect master awakening), I kept on seeing visions of the Himalayas. Gradually, that repeating vision (night after night) revealed the White Robes convening in that area, with a divine being convening.
The divine being is no other than Lord Kolki. He has assumed the supreme grand master post of the Brotherhood for some decades already, and has been convening the 144,000 White Robes every night since then until these days.
Those visions of mine about Lord Kolki and the 144,000 White Robes clarified to me then that I was among the White Robes, and that we were already doing our respective missions for some time. The conclusion of our missions as teachers were already the subject of talks then in the Himalayas quarters (that’s in the etheric plane, not the physical Himalayas), and the preparations for planetary governance at hand.
Then, the Lord Kolki summoned some White Robes including myself for close consultations beginning in Dec. of 2008 onwards to the succeeding months. He always wore the crown during such a consultation, with tiara in his hand.
A few weeks after the first close consultations, the creation of the Gatekeepership councils for the globe’s regions begun. I was tasked to facilitate the formation of the Gatekeepership for PH-Indonesia. Each council has 12 White Robes attending.
Surely, the governance task of Lord Kolki as the returned Lord Vishnu has begun. The task will last for 21,000 years, which is truly gladdening for Terrans as the Son himself will be around as steward or ‘good shepherd’.
This could be the last manifestation of the Son, just to remind you all. Humanity is already moving upward in the evolutionary arc, and the momentum of that ascent will mean there won’t be a necessity for bringing back the Son. It will be Mission Accomplished for the Son.

Good evening from the Philippines’ suburban boondocks!
Just a couple of weeks back, this analyst wrote and published briefer articles about the forthcoming war between pan-Semitic Zion-Sunni alliance and Persia (Shiite Iran). Barely had I rested from the theme of racial awakenings and the coming conflict, when news came out that Israel is now preparing to combat Iran head-on.
Just about a couple of days ago, I wind up of news from the internet economic intelligence reports that Israel is indeed preparing for a unilateral military strike on Iran. Accordingly, the United States is not privy to this conflict, even as its hands are heavily tied up in procuring peace between Israel and Palestine (the efforts will pay off eventually as I forecast rightly).
Accordingly, political groups from Israel who represent both Likud and Labor are strongly opposed to the unilateral strike, and are doing what they can to stamp out the planned action. The same anti-war forces have uncovered an agreement between the Israeli premier and the defense establishment to seal the strike plan and commence with war exercises pronto.
Meanwhile, reports had it that former intelligence officials of Israel, who are opposed to the war, have unwind of the Israeli military exercises now going on inside Romania. As to when the exercises will be concluded will be the subject of some more extra information gathering.
As per assessment from the oppositors themselves and from independent analysts, the combat missions will be launched in the months ahead. Let it be stressed again: MONTHS AHEAD and not years ahead of the present juncture.
A war with Iran will surely be an expensive one, and needed to be bankrolled by certain oligarchic forces. We can only surmise, based on near-catastrophic economic events in Europe, that the Anglo-European oligarchy is desperate to recoup from possible losses in the financial-monetary markets precisely by propping up their favorite currencies (dollar, pounds, euros, yen) through a calculated politico-military turbulence in Western Asia.
The bankrollers’ home point to Europe as far as our analysis holds. The same oligarchs are aching to prop up the dollar through derivative market gimmickries that have, as of late, been proving to be dead end solutions to their greed accumulations. Bankrupt with ideas as to how the financial-monetary system they built for centuries can still hold up to the global economic roof, they are now planning to unleash the propping up of oil price via a war.
The oligarchs’ own financial looting agenda incidentally coheres with the Arab sheikhdoms’ agenda of inflating their own oil, local currencies and the dollar for the same purpose, with the addition that the sheikhs mortally dread Shiite Iran. As already articulated by me before, such a dread springs from the ancient unconscious dread of Persia, a dread that is now re-surfacing after almost 2000 years of dormancy.
We won’t be surprised if the sheikhdoms will partly bankroll Israel’s frontal combat missions, with part of the cash registers shouldered by the Rothschild & Soros and financier circles. Not only that, the sheikhdoms may offer the bonus of permitting the use their territories for Israeli flight passes, landing, refueling, even for depository of military ordnance.
The dread of Persia is very extensive, which covers the entire ancient territories of Assyria-Canaan-Hyksos-Hamites-Berbers-Nubians. That’s a whopping 5-6 million square miles of territories populated today by over 500 million people, from Western Asia up to the western tip of North Africa (belt of lands north of the Sahara).
That does not include yet the peoples of the ancient empire of Bharat (India) that have confronted Persia’s might in antiquity. Pakistan, Kashmir, Afghanistan and central Asian states represent those territories and their descendants today.
For sure, those peoples and territories mentioned are now watching the unfolding events very closely. As the military preparations will build up, so will the tensions build up, backed up by negotiations about the alliances to be formed.
It is too early to see the exact membership of alliances from each side. For now, we can only presume that the axes of conflict will be the Zion Israel-Sunni Arab axis on one hand, and the Shiite Iran-Hezbollah-Hamas axis on the other hand. There will be fill-in-the-blanks on either side as the war nears, with horse trading done below the table.
Let’s all better observe the events closely, as this war won’t just be confined between Israel and Iran. Even before Christmas, the shaping war will sicken the world’s diverse bourses from West to East, thus leaving a bad taste to our annual Christmas and year-ender celebrations.

To begin with, it will be largely the self-learning modality that is now dominant. While it is a fact that individuation continues to rise and expand in a very dynamic fashion, and that the old institutional methods of attainment are crumbling by the day, it is also a fact that there has been an explosion in the population from the past century onto the present, which constrains the Ascended Host or divine beings in embodying teachers who can attend to Seekers’ needs. In the language of economics, we have a huge demand for the Teachings, but we are short of the supply of Teachers. We have right now a ‘buyers’ market’ as far as the teachings are concerned, and so this situation raises challenges on the Ascended Host to innovate on means of attainment so that the ‘buyers’ (Seekers) will meet their specific needs. All souls here must reckon with the fact that the physical plane, nay the planet Earth as a whole, is a school for life. As such, it is an open market for various teachers, both of the Dark Side and the Light Side. It used to be that the Dark Ones were dominant in the physical plane, where they held sway in an almost monopolistic manner. However, beyond the year 1934, the equation had changed, and we have more or less an equal opportunity for both the Dark and Light sides to present their platforms and lessons before a huge ‘market’ of souls. The new development was made possible by the increased ‘supply’ of more evolved souls in the physical plane. Such souls have graduated to the level of ‘old souls’, to use a Chinese term. There are now a ‘critical mass’ of evolved souls and other advancing seekers, leading a further larger number of enthused devotees, seekers, mystics and masters whom we all refer to as ‘Lightworkers’. Thus, with a ‘level the playing field’ now optimized, we have a greater opportunity to proceed in the Path than ever. We have an ‘equal opportunity’ situation here, to use the term of civil libertarians. Of course, the Dark Ones would want to shift the balance back to their favor, by sabotaging the operations of the Lightworkers—by attacking us all both internally (within each one of us) and externally, or in situations where we are weak. But their efforts are looking ridiculously slapstick, for they realize that they cannot have the competitive edge in this manner. One thing that the Dark Ones will never be able to control is the increasing power of the Christ Consciousness on this planet. And this situation, which the Fallen Ones would wish to subtly neutralize via the relentless permeation of the Anti-Christ Consciousness in the private sphere, is shifting the balance in favor of the Lightworkers more or less. You would see in all mass media, for instance, the constant bombardment of the mind with negative images, libidinal messages, and many more imaging devices that leave the folks mesmerized and wallowed in cesspools of crass materialism. But these efforts are largely a panic complex by the Fallen Ones, and they will lose the day as the Christ Consciousness further permeates the private sphere and individual consciousnesses. However, we Lightworkers would also admit that the explosion in our populations have constrained the hands of Teachers in the Path. For while there may be many mystics and masters, not many from our ranks can perform teaching roles. In the Philippines for instance, which is a remnant of the ancient Mu continent, healing has been the chosen mission of about 2/3 of mystics & masters. There is now a revival in this country of ancient techniques, popularized in antiquity by Lemuro-Atlantean priests, of a method that would accelerate the pace of inner awakenings without having to use yoga meditation that will take decades of painstaking practice to achieve desired results. And so we have an explosion of healing ministries in the archipelago today, but too few teachers. So, whether in RP or in the other countries, we face a low supply of teachers inspite of a huge stock of Lightworkers. The best remedy for the situation is to devise innovative methods that will shift the learning from teacher-centered to seeker-centered learning. The learning situation had in fact already shifted to the self-learning modality as of the last quarter yet of the 20th century. So what is the role of the Teacher in this situation? As I elucidated in my book Libertosophy & Freethought, the teacher performs the role of a catalyst of change in the new context. The guru or teacher is much like the university professor whose instruction is only 30% of the equation, while the student does 70% of the efforts. There would be an instance when the teacher can recede in the background, and the Seeker programs his/her own readings and lessons, with help of course from shis (his/her) Inner Guide. Just like when one graduates from college, the professors won’t be around any longer, but the alumnus can move on to program his/her readings and thematic learning using various methods such as enrolling in special seminars. The same thing is true for the Seeker. The physical Teacher will help you begin the courses, explain to you the ‘program’, then supervises and monitors your undertakings for a specified or expected period. Each seeker will absorb lessons differently for sure, so the Teacher will recommend to you whether to continue with the existing program or move on to a succeeding set of lessons. Be prepared to hear the Teacher recommend that you get instructions from some other Teachers who may be adept at certain courses and methods. And so, just like in the university where a student encounters many professors before graduating, a seeker will encounter many teachers along the way. It’s possible that you, Noble Seeker, will be a disciple of a single Teacher, and it cannot be avoided that you will develop a strong, devotional attitude bordering a filial bond with the Teacher. There’s no problem with that. Still, your main Teacher may encourage you to seek lessons from other teachers, and then you go back later to your main Teacher who can help you assess where you are situated so far in your spiritual compass. Such a Teacher is truly noble, and has the proper mark of a ‘true teacher’: one who will respect your autonomy from the very onset, and encourages you to get instructions from others. S/he will never show a sense of jealousy towards other teachers at all, but will be deeply happy over the disciple’s expanded learning from other physical teachers. True teachers never call themselves ‘master’ at all, it is the disciples who out of deep filial respect will call the teacher a master, or papa/baba (father), or mama (mother). Any Teacher who labels himself/herself master is suspect. Likewise would the trait of trying to control seekers by using the “I am your only teacher” or “you cannot have any teacher other than me” line. You may even end up being forewarned of the dire consequences of leaving the teacher for another teacher if ever. A very egotistical teacher this one is! Beware of their kinds, they are manipulative and deceptive and they abound in our planet. In my case, I would go for a formula of 10% learning from me, and 90% of learning self-programmed by the Seeker. For the advanced seekers, who are bound to become mystics, I’d have it a residual 3%-8% learnings from me, and the rest from the seeker. Most of you seekers are out to be handled by your own ‘true guru’ who is no other than your own respective Inner Guide, and my role is simply to help connect you to that Guide. But I will always open my gate to you, as my own commitment of co-partnering with your Guide in instructing you, and will have to clarify questions and lessons every now and then or when you feel a need to. The time will come when it will be largely you and your Inner Guide co-partnering, as I am done from my duties for you. My main guru, the Master El Morya, does the same thing to me: he instructs me approximately once every 1 & ½ years only, with 1%-2% lessons coming from him. He also helps me to assess lessons learned from other teachers (who are non-physical). Sometimes he calls for me urgently, to which I oblige very willingly, and then lets me go quickly. His occult powers are beyond my comprehension, as he can summon me and transport my etheric body right in front of him in the higher dimensions, while my physical body is taking a ride for work in the big city (Manila), instructs me in 20 minutes or so, and then brings back my subtle body to my physical body before I alight for work. But there are those phlegmatic types who it seems are former laggards who have quite evolved compared to their own kinds. They absorb lessons so slow, that sometimes I keep on repeating the same lessons or subjects to them. Their long-term memories don’t work as much as the smart seekers whose IQs border the genius. So for the phlegmatics I am compelled to raise the formula to 50% learning from me, and 50% self-learning. And I have to pray to the Almighty God for additional patience to handle them because no matter how slow they are, they keep on going in the Path and no teacher has a business to throw them away just because they’re slow. Now, for the smart ones, who admirably absorb lessons so fast, I can take on a merely residual of 3%-8%. And there are seekers whose IQs are genius level. Genius is the highest level of awakening that a seeker can develop. Geniuses in IQ who are also geniuses in emotional & social quotients are those highly evolved types and are Big Siblings unto others. Provided that they are focused in their lessons, meditate regularly, and they do the 7-ray program consistently, they can become mystics by middle age. By that time, their main guru will shift from a physical teacher to an Ascended Master who may be non-physical but of a higher-dimensional nature. In my experience, I never was initiated by a physical guru, but rather guarded & guided by an archangel and then instructed by an Ascended Master from young adulthood onwards. I became a mystic at Age 36. It was 98% self-learning for me from the inception. Now, are you somebody else who’s dependent on a teacher 90% of the time? Whose lessons are doctrinal, never learning from texts outside of scriptures? Who regards the words of the teacher as the only true and correct expression of the divine? Then please stick to your church. Your teacher is your priest and/or patriarch and not a guru. You are rest assured of my goodwill, as we are all ‘children of God’ (emanations from the Cause of all Causes). But if you wish to combine seekers’ and devotees’ lessons, like many phlegmatics and laggards do, well and good. No problema! Please consult matters with me, as I’m very willing to help you out.
