Hi,
I just wanted to say that there are many points in your post that have
crossed my mind on several occassions, I've wanted to be the artist i am many
times and i'm happy to say that on the inside i still am. But their came a
point in my life where because of our old civilization systems and things
like marriage, children, and the need to support both that i had to turn away
from my calling.
I have a b.a. in music, and have been lucky enough to have worked
professionally from my early teens to my early twenties since then i have
been clinging to the edge of my artistry. with one half torn one direction
and the other half, well you know :-{) To" make it" in the music industry is
a 24 hr a day thing you have to have the space to devote yourself to your
art. and when you have to build a support structure for your foundation and
responsibilities you just don't have alot of time for your music.
I still write, compose, and have a small studio set up in my home but even
with that I don't have alot of time to utilize it sometimes it's harsh. In
closing I think artco is on a groove if you will? Please keep me informed .
thanks for your energies and time. I got together with flemming to start
spiritco and thats basically to help people get in touch with their inner
selves if they have a problem, it's to counsel,
as its part of new civ if you can ever use an ear or want a "reading" feel
free to post me.
One of the first things on my spiritco list is to offer my services to my bay
area counterparts ie: new civvers and to let them know that the service is
available to them and encourage them to utilize the opportunities we new
civvers have to offer each other. feel free to mention this to anyone in
artco who might be interested or who may have something occur that they need
and outside look at whats going on. Bye for now good luck!!!
