The following announcement is about a pro bono course for people who seek
transformational-level leadership skills. We would appreciate
hearing from NCN members who have participated in electronic/long
distance learning courses and have insights into how we might assure the
electronic success of this course.

THE ESI LEADERSHIP COURSE
Fall--Winter, 1995-96
The *ESI Leadership Course* focuses on the skills and techniques
involved in high leverage social leadership, and is designed for
participants who wish to make a significant difference. The thematic
context of the course is leadership for the purpose of catalyzing and
guiding the evolutionary development of human systems. This is the first
time the Course will be made available electronically. The Course will
begin in October and run through the end of March. The Leadership Course
is sponsored by ESI and will be led by Dr. Lawrence de Bivort.
We would be interested in hearing from people who have had
experience with other electronic courses, distance learning, etc. so that
we may incorporate your insights into the electronic design of the Course
and its delivery, and ensure the most effective and enjoyable learning
experience possible.
