Let me just mention that I will usually forward public comments and
discussion about items on ncnmain-l to the discussion list at
ncndiscuss-l@newciv.org, rather than to the main list itself.
This is not to cut anybody off, but rather to ensure that nobody gets
overwhelmed by the traffic on the main list, or turned off by occasionally
heated discussions they aren't interested in. The purpose of the main list
is not discussion, but rather being a channel for action items, progress
reports, administrative items and the like.
The main list is the only list here where the traffic goes through me
first. All other lists are direct.
So, for those of you who want to get all the follow-up, subscribe to the
discussion list. Send a message to listserv@newciv.org with the message
'subscribe ncndiscuss-L'.
Both lists have been very quiet lately, but the discussion list is
sometimes rather busy.
