I am right now in an inner transformational process.
They say you do that at my age.
However, the mental powers I felt were decreasing 2-3 years back, are
now gaining an energy boost beyond any hopes of mine.
I have changed all my habits (that I am aware of), and have started to
use something I gained insight to a few years back:
I have never had any fears towards authority, about what you should
and shouldn't do. However, I never coupled this with kindness.
I read a short story by Michael Ende, who basically told me that the
ability to be un-kind are proper in some situation, and that at times
this is really the best.
I am now reading a book by Seth/Jane Roberts, who tells me that the
ability to say "NO!" is very crucial.
I wondered why this could be so, since I wanted to be kind. The
knowledge of how energy flows have learned me the solution.
I have always wanted to have spiritual experiences. Now I have learned
that I have them more or less all the time.
It took some time.
Another aspect that I am very concious of, is these paradoxes:
To have character, and to make good art, you need to disregard
compromises. Good and clear communication is easier that way.
When dealing with spiritual and philosophical matters (sic!), why are
everybody taking sides so hard, abandoning clear thoughts, and at the
same time calling out for statistical, scientific "hard facts" and
explanations?
I like to get past these paradoxes, and personally I have found much
inspiration in art and books.
I also think the anchient material in taoism have some relevance to
these questions (as well as some other questions), but I also believe
that all religions have a common center, and that it is omnipresent.
I try to incorporate many of lifes aspects as I experience them into
my music. My music is contemporary art music, very hard on western
scholar tradition, but at the same time drawing intuitive musicianship
from rock (out of my background). Even though my music are at times
fairly complex, the communicative aspect of it shines through.
I don't know why, but I like to think of it as life:
It is fairly complex, but it is still possible to see throught it.
