LIFE RHYTHMS
I suppose in my estimation, that what the system and the world of humans needs and realistically requires most at this time, is not so different than what we have and what is in place but that it would be better and an improvement if it allowed most people to go about their lives and business at a pace and tempo more in keeping with their own individual and unique life rhythm.
For society to require all to function at the same tempo and pace is most inconsiderate as well as unrealistic as we have a tendency to function optimally at different tempos by our unique make ups. The current methods though seemingly efficient are in fact actually counter productive and counter intuitive in terms of the stress that they can create which actually increases global expenses.
The fact is, is that some and perhaps most of us have and operate at different optimum rhythms of life than others as determined and influenced perhaps by our character, personality and disposition as well as the life stage etc. that we may be at.
Yet we seem to make no allowances for this in our developed societies because it may be considered unimportant or simply is unrecognized. Yet I think the benefit of a more tolerant and relaxed or customized tempo situation and life circumstance in accordance to our own life rhythm assessment or what have you might be useful. It might have the effect of generally accommodating an added temporal diversity and component that is now absent but that might be more in keeping with reality and true human nature.
The details on how this might be assessed and achieved though are not clear
and perhaps remains a challenge that needs to be addressed and undertaken.
A clue though can perhaps be found in the type and types of "music" if any that people are most resonant with and drawn to as this can be a guide to their particular and core Life Rhythm.
