I guess the range is within "living memory" so from about 1905 to 2005 or 2012 for those visionaries amoung us... hmmmm no takers aye..... well I don't know .....I know its supposedly April 2005 yet there seems to be a different time at play . Not sure what thats supposed to mean. Except that I suppose if there were a consensus of the "resonant" year or decade then it would be determined by the majority of respondents.
