Well I don't quite suspect the Katerina situation
is the result of "weather wars" persae
more a case of some uncontrolled experiments" as a result of human
evolution... the weather is affected true by something
I believe this unprecident category 5 hurricane in the
area is the consequence or somewhat tied to the Tsunami
of the 26 of December 2004. This Tsunami itself maybe be
tied somewhat to the rotational adjustments occurring between
the earths core and surface, which itself may be tied to the solar system
reentering a distant past portion of the milky way....
every thing is somewhat connected. What part does human endevour play
in this grand scheme of things.... a very little but growing one.
We are just beginning to "tap" these mysteries of the Universe
and it is a question of possibilities. We should though rather avoid
these "uncontrolled experimentations" as a general policy .
