Hello

Well ..... I think the problem we are experiencing here is one of
ineffecticity and confusion of the process or means and thus we
have to organize a chain of ?.

We have the internet but it results in no "effective" or constructive action
or result.

Therefore I, Sir Swan Lake/alfred propose the construction of the Pony Express 2.

The pony express 2 is an actual global and temporal "line" or "route" or chain of
global process and course.

What it is then, is a series of real places and people/contacts in each time zone that
circumnavigates the globe.

So what I propose is that there be a actual contact person in each time
zone and that as an experiment a letter be consecutively "mailed" from
one time zone consecutively to the next in a "westward" direction.

I will initiate the process by soliciting a contact in the "pacific" time zone
whom I can mail an object or letter to. I suppose I will volunteer my first CD
"nil sid optimum" as the test object.

The person receiving the object/CD thus can make a copy and forward the
"actual" original onward after "finding" a contact person place in the next time zone till and so it , the test object/cd travels around the planet so that via the means of the internet an actual physical and "constructive" action of "minimal expense" occurs.

This chain of, yes its a chain it doesn't have to be a straight line, but this
chain of "contacts" thus forms the Pony express 2......

any takers in the pacific time zone who will email me there land address
and then allow themselves to be the contact person of the "Glorder" in the
Pacific time zone or order.

THE NEXT STEP...

I suppose the next logical and reasonable (open for discussion)
would be to divide each zone into National contacts or to determine
the number of nations in that zone and establish a contact in each of
those nations.

This might be problematic though because some zones would have
a lot of nations and some few as well some nations might be
"represented" more than once.

Any thoughts or is this...?

Is anybody out there?

the gender thing.....

well I suppose ideally there should be equity in genders
so that would mean 12 female zone contacts
and 12 male .... but how they would be distributed?

would that matter or be significant or is it just a numerical
consideration.
Would M F M F M.... etc be different or ? the M M M F F M F M etc....
as long as they added up to 24?

I suppose you could change them at semi-regular "intervals" and study the
result of the "current" configuration or "gestalt".....
Might make an interesting study for someone....

Oh and what would be a good semi-regular "interval" period.
I know now in most governments its about 3 to 5 years
oh and thats another problem should the periods be "fixed"
or .....??
