So or........ watched the oddest thing on tv which I don't as a rule
usually watch but it was a "home fashion" show about
a trend apparently sweeping the home fashion world
I suppose they meant American Home fashion world
well odd it was.... it juxtapositioned divergent elements into
a kalideoscope of assemblage by joining two seemingly opposite divergent
genres or movements into a kind of graceful synch. It was called "NEW COUNTRY" Style.....
wow or yuck take your pick....
It looked kinda of like anything goes and you could have
"barnboard" tables with plastic or "vinyl" chairs and me gosh
the "mind" gets blown or "expands" take your pick.
Very "schizopherinic" but in a rather pleasing, appealing though somewhat
rougish way.
It wasn't pure anything goes mind you there was an underlying sense of
"semi-order" to the complexity.
Came away with little to descibe the experience I had just had
as though the vocabulary had yet to be established or ....
or well is it nonsense or is it genius.....?
I suppose it depends somewhat on the effect....
the words were perhaps nonsense but the effect was
"breakthoughtic".
