Went to Church sevice last night....
Sang and laughed and prayed and what have you...
and then the Pastor.... had said something that comes
to mind this morning....
It was something someone famous had said as they lay
dying.... something like "Let there be more light...
there must be more light"..... author ?
anyway the Pastor continued with someone else who had
reflected upon those words and who said themselves " No...
it is not light we need but warmth... Let there be more
warmth" author ?
and the Pastor sort of summed it up and said yes it is not
light that we need but warmth because we die of cold not
darkness....
but here today as I reflect upon all this I feel we need "both"
"Let there be more warmth and light" for perhaps one is a need
but the other a delight.... and life should be a comfort and a delight....
anyway as we head into winter here well I prayed for the people
of Pakistan to have "more warmth"......
