Well not quite but it is significant It is the "global nervous system" or becoming such of the planet of the "global biostructure" the global bioarchitecture.... It doesn't have much in terms of power and voltage about 12 volts but it is a global communication facility that in some ways is more important than raw power. because it has as well a reason and logic based architecture of sorts Not sure why but it is a not only human tool but one that the planet itself seems to be utilizing. Not sure how?
