To Be liked?

Why should that be the question

Can't one be both

To be Principled and Liked
or at least "accepted".
A worthy quest.

whether we are liked or not. While worrying what someone else's opinion of us may be, we prevent our own authenticity. And what if no one 'accepts' you being YOU? It comes from an old fear of being cast out from the tribe, where one couldn't survive alone in the wilderness.

Best stick to principles. But do you really believe that this is an either/or postulation? ;)

H.G. Interestingly enough there are two classes of citizen in the United States. One is a federally created 'ward of the state' and is ''subject'' to his masters will. The other is the origin of Government. Its' source. That's those of us who know the truth.

Do you think the Federal Government really cares what people think? After all it's the biggest Corporation in this Nation of ours. You wouldn't believe what it has ''copyrighted unto itself.' Makes a sovereign smile... :)
