It is perhaps meant to bring and sync a certain standard for the internet. Test Page Link = http://www.cabis.org/search/test.html If your stereo lines are set up right, the right speaker will play on your right side with the speaker and computer screen facing you. Etc. etc.. If the right speaker does not play then your wires are backward. If it plays on both sides then your setting is in mono. If you have a seperate amplifier it may not be just a simple matter of reversing one pair of wires. You'd have to check if your pre-amp is correct and reverse all the leads accordingly. I have cross referenced the settings with three computers and it appears to be correct. To see if your computer and watch time is right and synced compare it to the time on the top. anyway happy standards...
