I'd previously noticed that the pond is the perfect circumfrence for cigar walks, as they usually are spent just as the walk ends. Anyway, it's a fairly popular park for walking dogs, so much that I've given it the private name of "Dog Shit Park". This one lady, walking her dog, seemed to be tagging behind us. Even if we slowed down, she slowed down. Finally, we stopped at a bench and let her pass. She looked at me sheepishly as she passed and said, "I was just enjoying the smell of your cigar". I suppose we'll all have to give up these guilty pleasures for Gaia eventually, but I'll sure miss them.
