CLIMATE SOLUTIONS

It seems we on earth have got ourselves into a kind of vicious cycle. The more we try to cool the earth with the current tech the more we end up creating more heat and green house gases that in turn tend to generate more heat that needs to be cooled still further. By burning oil to heat and cool we are simply generating more heat and green house gas. What is required though is to heat sink the summer heat to be used more specifically and effeciently in times of natural coldness ie winter.
This is done by instead of burning oil using its properties to store the summer heat for use in the winter to generate power heat etc via a sterling motor or ?

Proposals
1. Make less and monitor and control green house gases.
2. Vent heat to space, moon or mars.
3. Shade the earth from the sun
or
4 Store summer heat in insulated oil storage heat sinks to be used but not burned for use in winter.
