Well in order to contain a nuclear detonation or accident
apparently you can use some type of energy device or ray.
not sure seems theoretical at this point.
Well yes you can shoot the missles down true
but containment would be better and seems akin to extinquishing a fire .
If you had a device of containment which it seems you should
you'd better be able to justify their nuclear energies existence..
