It seems we may have been looking at the problem from the wrong end. So make the system 30% less successful. This biocapcity was reached in 1988 and the answer may not be returning to thus but a general redistribution of wealth to bring everyone to a lower par. Either that or a complete redefinition or a more holistic defintion of what success or global success is.
