4 May 2010 @ 17:58, by Unknown 2010/05/04/am/Tue/CA/MDT yo governments The Oil Conundrum Odd thing though about oil, is if you keep the price low, people will just use more, but if you keep the price high people will use less but other people will see it as an opportunity to make money by exploiting on a costly resource so, you can't win it seems unless you tax away the profits on oil with a carbon tax or such and use the proceeds of the carbon tax on oil to subsidize the renewable sector and public transportation perhaps. ed
