Category: Articles 4 comments 27 Jan 2012 @ 14:45 by swanny @204.209.17.254 : the real $ problemre:; the real $ problem to me the major $ problem lies in % inequity and the fact that numbers have no soul.... for instance someone earning 2% on $1 million dollars makes a whole lot more than someone earning 2% on $20 dollars, the math adds up but the fact that the person trying to make it on the $20 dollars "needs" the money a whole lot more to deal with the actual cost and needs of living and reality than the $1 million person... thus smaller amount should yield more interest than larger amounts and it should be "weighted' to the actual costs of living. on the other side someone paying a flat $2 fee or service charge to process a $20 transaction is paying a lot more % wise than the person paying the same $2 fee on $2000 dollars.... by a lot and that is not fair either or in consideration of reality and needs. to on the question of credit it seems those less able to pay are charged the highest interest rates than those most able to pay... thus the less fortunate end up subsidizing the most fortunate.... so true it screws up the math and numbers but the numbers don't have to try to stretch a small amount of money to try to meet basic needs thus again the need for a needs based weighting system on interest and credit. natures hand canada mr alfred g jonas 27 jan 2012 7:44 am mst friday ab ca na earth 28 Jan 2012 @ 04:44 by bushman : hmm First don't have a bank account unless you have 1 million dollars, don't buy a house or land since it's not really yours and you still pay property tax which is the same as paying rent. Build your own car from junk and then use it if you accualy have to. In my estimation you will do far better makeing 20 bucks a week than if you made 2000 and had to deal with all the overhead. They want to see people in dispair, live in a box or the forest, or as I do, an indentured servant. I think if more people lived like this, they would fix it. If you think your one of the 99% who struggle, then live that way so they see what they have done. 28 Jan 2012 @ 12:28 by swanny @38.108.87.51 : thanks thanks... bushman... seems odd that any one would design such a skewed system... doesn't seem as though much thought went into it.... cheers and carry on ed 29 Jan 2012 @ 15:23 by swanny @204.209.17.254 : a fix re: a possible $ turn around to me it seems, the movers, shakers and powers of the world and society, have still as yet, failed to realize or grok, that you cannot grossly violate the sacred public trust in the system without the ensuing grave consequences to that very system and then simply gloss over it with a bunch of bs, talk, remorse, stimulus and measures, like its just some pesky nuisance or skinned knee, as such trust is the inextricable and essential basis for the whole workings and process of successful human commerce. Sorry boys, its blown and its back to square one for the lot of us and the planet and may G O D have mercy on our souls. Well true perhaps, I suppose one could have let the banks fold and perhaps one should have as they were the biggest source of the problem but then to the govt pretty much stepped in and took them over but they haven't proved to be any or much better bankers than the bankers so, yet true too it is hard to imagine any kind of doable financial system without banks yet the bands didn't seem to have taken their role and responsibility in such very seriously or seriously enough and hence the current impasse. Perhaps then a solution or fix might lie in some kind of global reconciliation statement or reset , between creditors , debtors and owners, whereby all take an equal loss on the dollar say 40% in the equation not perhaps to get things growing again, as that has always been a bit of a misnomer but to get the economy "moving" again and then too, have most of those legal teams, accountants and hired guns work for just medium wage instead of compounding the situation further with their stiffing it to the battered global pocket book. no it ain't pretty or a miracle but perhaps better than whistling Dixie. a g jonas 8:18 am mst Other entries in Articles 23 Aug 2022 @ 09:55: Gravity battery ref 23 Aug 2022 @ 09:53: Gravity battery ???. 2 May 2022 @ 06:45: How to Get Quality Dofollow Backlinks 23 Nov 2021 @ 18:26: What is Linkbuilding 25 Jun 2021 @ 15:37: Longitude at sea? 24 Aug 2020 @ 12:42: Climate and ocean 24 Aug 2020 @ 12:37: Climate update Aug 2020 15 Mar 2020 @ 19:11: Hang in.. 29 Jul 2019 @ 16:12: Onward 28 Feb 2019 @ 14:41: Solar Neighborhood pic
