Well what do you do, if it were a member of your own family, you would have to say, well hold on now, I guess he may be a bad apple but he doesn't currently appear to be a danger or probable danger to himself, others or the ecocommunity and such, but then too, he doesn't appear to be much of an asset either, so if its just a matter of money for his upkeep, care and feeding, well I've seen much worse hard luck cases, kept alive at the expense of the state and I guess I could chip in $20/year to such, seeing as how he is and always will be a part of our Canadian family and the Lord forgave those sinners on the cross besides Him but the Lord also said "Ask and it shall be given", so if Mr. R. Smith were to ask for mercy and his life on the basis of say, the sanctity of life of even the least of these, then I suppose who are we in the shadow of Our Lord to refuse and since he asked for and got a clemency hearing, which is a mercy quest basically then it should be given.

I suppose the only question then is it conditional mercy or unconditional mercy and if conditional what would be the condition/s but perhaps that he, Mr R. Smith forgive us all in return, for any and all of our past sins and misgivings as of and for today, as we born to this Earth are all sinners by human nature, it seems and as such none are fit to cast the first stone.

So let us mostly give mercy and mercy and or forgiveness thus may or will be given to us also and may we all try to do better now and in the future, as there is a fair chance that G O D and Santa are watching.

So let the death sentence of Mr Ron Smith, be commuted to life in prison with review every 5 years.

The probability that the execution of Ronald Smith for murder, will avenge, bring justice or satisfaction for his victims murder, is very low, perhaps 1/100 million as such will not likely much ease their, their kins and our, societies pain, sorrow or anger nor bring them back but simply add another victim and more sorrow and pain to the mix.

Rather though, we all, being able to muster and find genuine compassion, mercy and understanding of and for this unfortunate and senseless tragedy and crime would serve the greater good , whole and true healing better and perhaps as well demonstrate a more evolved luminosity, just-hood and logos.

what are you supposed to do with someone who kills others just to see what thats like and then confesses and says he wants the death penalty and then changes his mind,...on that...... i mean it sort of mucks up the system don't you think.???.... so mr Ron Smith what do you recommend we do with such or your type...???? as we can not have such happening in society to oft as such is not particularly acceptable....or lawful or just? So what are we to do with you then mr r smith......and where? and when etc?
