just as the health of the body is a function of the health of the whole and its parts
so to the health of society is a function of the health of the whole....and its parts
and the probability of greater overall health is greater when all of the parts are taken care of in the interests of the greater whole or good.

Yes, it might be essentially useful to create for this subject a discussion circle here. My starting questions are:

1) how do we start from ourselves to propagate this health on the body, on our feelings, our mind and our soul?

2) what are the root causes of diseases, how to prevent them, how to detect them, react on the symptoms of this happening and cumulating into a disster, and... how to recover once the disease has already happened?

3) and then, we are learning all that, how do we educate, or co-educate beginning from childhood, from our own circles, thru ripple effects to the entire world?

How... ? how is the question and a good one perhaps as sometimes why is the first step and then the how.....
Well its difficult or problematic i suppose because society is a fast moving process in operation like trying to repair a running motor or moving organism.. while nature is a more slow moving one.... thus i think slowing down the pace would help to help people connect with reality as opposed to the consumptive mantra.... we need more than we need perhaps but much of our needing and wanting has become obsessive and excessive and dead weight.... we use most of the things we have so little that the acquiring of them seems more the point than the having..... anyway thanks for your comment Jan and what are the root causes of diseases? or maybe what are the root causes of joy and good health... flipping the paradigm thus.
