Well heres a concept .... not sure if its been done before,,,,, but set up a global budget insurance bureau .... where national govts buy or pay premiums on budget insurance to insure that they meet their budgets on a yearly and even decadely basis....
details
- interesting idea though would it be to complex?
- tie needed monies up in courts?
- make more work for lawyers, judges, forensic accountants
- incentive for more budget prudence and scrutiny
= quasi third party rainy day fund
- provide money for unforeseen and emergencies gov costs and expenses and emergencies
-max payout amount 15% of total yearly budget... if a gov is more than 15% out then its pretty much incompetent
-have insurance bureaus fund keep 60% cash reserves for payouts of good standing policies, rest could be invested in secure investments or bonds
- regulated by world bank or world insurance bureau?
- etc etc

will she fly...well its too late for the moment and the premiums would be pricey but something to consider for tomorrow and the future

cost = 0.001 % royalty on yearly client $ premium total to natures hand alta

The world bank got us all into this mess in the first place, fact is, there is more criminals working in the money bussiness than any other profession. Just how many not insane honest people are there in the world today anyway? lol

well its not like we got much choice as someones got to run the world and democracy may suck but its the best system we've been able to come up with thus far..... we have come a long ways when we can cut through all the distractions and such.... the universe is unfolding as it should at times.
