I would venture that the over riding factor of good anthroposphere or system design, is the quasi internet construct and principle of decentralized or "multi" central construction, planning and operation, in the sense that any portion of the global sphere or system might break down or need repair or upgrades at any time but the rest of the whole could still work around such and still function normally.
Sort of a moving kind of control front, where the actual lead of the sphere or system is hard to pin point or place and or might even seem to exist at different places at the same time.
Kind of like a global or omni intelligence in the sense that it is structurally and functionally akin to the transcendent kind of logic and workings of a neural network,
So in short a anthroposphere and system functions and builds like a global neural network with multiple sensory and type inputs and control points and maybe with voluntary and involuntary auto and immune systems as well.
I suppose there are the, like internet traffic, the odd collisions and confusions but the global over rides and standards keep the system moving 365.26/24/7, with daily rest periods for half the system.
