RE: CONSTITUTIONS 2012
It would seem that the people or Gov of Egypt does not understand or discern the concept and meaning of a constitution. What they instead seem to have written is not a constitution but more so an election platform or election promises, mandate or manifesto.
A proper constitution rather though is not a document or charter of only a majority but a founding document authored of and by all the people of a sovereign nation, society or biome and so thus should have the backing, input and considerations of the hearts and minds of all of the people or at least 95% of eligible voters or higher.
Even non persons can be included and protected in a constitution like minors or animals or even nature itself as the people of Ecuador voted on behalf of to include in their constitutional reform referendum in autumn of 2008.
Therefore this current cross word puzzle of Egypt is perhaps amusing but is not a proper constitution but rather a worthless, exclusive piece of paper even if more than 50% but less than 95% vote for it.
In short then a real constitution represents Government for or on behalf of all the people and by all the people and possibly more. It is thus more than words on paper too but a written or unwritten inclusive blueprint that signifies the will, spirit, DNA, programs, structure, dreams and future of all its founding fathers and mothers.
So sorry Egypt -D and back to the drawing board.
