THE 2014 GLOBAL GREEN ACT

WE..... the undersigned of Earth, hereby state ....
That Whereas human science now concludes that the Earth, now faces
a global climate crisis on the basis of 400 ppm of CO2 greenhouse gas concentrations.
And do thus acknowledge, in accord to proof by increasing natural disaster claims,
that the 200 or so, successive duly elected and other Governments of the Earth,
and their technologies, are, as paragons of societal and planetary management and activities,the cause of most, ie 78% of climate change or so.
Be it resolved thus, that it now falls upon them and us to address and mitigate such,
in a coordinated and uniform way, believing this to be done most likely,
by engaging and implementing an immediate global reduction of greenhouse gases, ie CO2, to a return to the 350 ppm level of previous times and this done by the year 2050, this being done through increasing reduction, ban and fines for and on technologies that rely on fossil fuels and carbon based sources.
In order to implement such, it is believed that imposing the measure of correlating
a nations CO2 output per 100 acres, with an adjustment
to the purchasing power of that nation currency will act as an economic driver of such,
in that a nation with a high CO2 output would be adjusted to have a lower value and purchasing power of their national currency, and phasing in this global policy in, over the next 10 years,
ie the bench mark baseline would be the current value of the Euro plus the USA dollar divided by 2, plus or minus 5 increments of its current value on this day,
in addition to imposing a proportional green tax on exports of a nation whose products incur higher CO2 outputs in their production and use.
Furthermore, it is agreed to have an immediate accredited global CO2 phase out and retrofit of the old carbon dioxide base energy producers and sources and having a moratorium on all new projects and developments that are deemed to be carbon based.
These efforts to be administered, managed and enforced by a new 10,000 member UN Green Council and Body, made up of green experts from and with the members of the G20 and other nations, with directors, as chosen and appointed by the UN general assembly.
Operations to be financed with a $5 trillion dollar emergency fund from the World Bank and this Green Councils 200 National Directors whose authority would be equivalent to a current vice prime minister or vice presidents, status.
This we do now then, in the Name of Life, Health, Time and Providence.
