Behind the wall of darkness
becomes yet my soul
a craving of light
emitting far beyond
the walls of darkness


Behind the wall of darkness
I cried out with every atom of my being
mourning and groaning
This cannot be
Yet I see this to be
Behind this wall of darkness




The fragment of my tears
swallow my immortal petals
giving me the power of despair
hope no where to be
my heart cease to exist
Behind this dis-ease wall of darkness


I long for only light at my side
Open, open the mighty portals
This I beg to see
Yet lost, like a child ripped of innocence
only to be detained behind this wall of darkness
