In a child's mind
I watched with utmost delight
with all my innocence
I see the joys around me

an infant moments of pleasure
fulfilling with graceful
intentions and no effort
just in a nick of time
came to rescue my milky taste


molding my sand-castle
with no idea of having a window
or even a stairway that
I can follow
up and down all I wanna do is play in
the sand-puddle


All that I know now is building this sand-castle
with my sand-bucket filled with fresh sea water
sits close to me
waiting anxiously to see
what next step
my tiny hand will create

using my pink shovel
with both hands together
I mix and mix
piles and piles
my sand-castle slow to form

Then I felt am being lifted of
moving far away from the ground
yes a hand I felt with a gentle touch
and a sloppy ~Kiss~ on my cheeks
as my mom take me apart
from my castle by the sea


as I hang on my mamas arms
I see my sand-castle
been washed away
by a wave taller than my eyes can hold
and my bucket waving
all the good byes and adioses to me
